I want to update that after the owner personally reached out and went above and beyond to make things right. I brought my daughter back in today, and she provided a much better experience and service. She took the time to fix my daughter’s eyebrows as best as she could, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients. It’s not often you come across someone like the owner, who takes the initiative to make things right and truly values customer satisfaction. I really appreciate her effort and professionalism in turning the situation around.

Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who made me feel right at home. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for a pampering session. I opted for a manicure with dip polish. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and skill of my nail technician, Linh. She took the time to understand my preferences and offered great suggestions that enhanced my nail polish colors. The attention to detail was remarkable, and I appreciated how she recommended high-quality products. Throughout the session, I felt relaxed and well taken care of. My nails turned out absolutely stunning, and I received so many compliments on them afterward. Overall, I highly recommend Tips and Toes to anyone looking for a top-notch nail experience. They remember little things about you from your family to little inside things. Not only do they provide amazing service, but an amazing experience. They treat everyone like family. 10/10 recommend!
