1 /5 Ysabel Rodriguez: I literally had my nails done less than 18 hours ago and this is what they look like. I havent done anything crazy with my hands except for normal activities such as washing them. Extremely disappointed. This is even after I pointed out to my tech, the tech next to me, another technician and even the owner what they were looking like. He said they would fix it but they are still cracking and the nail polish is already falling off. I think this is a mix due to the cheap nail polish they are using and trying to provide fast service, but it is not quality service. I even called ahead to make an appointment, and still had to wait over 30mins before anyone began services. I also had a pedicure but they did not provide a foot massage, even though it is listed as a detail with the pedicure service I requested. Also no cuticle oil on both hands and toes- even after I pointed it out and requested it. Overall, extremely disappointed with this service. It was my first time there but I would not recommend it to anyone unless you want fast cheap service for the same price as a sincere quality service.

2 /5 Emma Espin: Been going here for a few years now, liked the service because it was good and they stayed open later than other places. Had a few instances that they didn’t do great work, I overlooked it because they fixed it with no problem. But apparently, they stop taking customers at 7pm when they close at 8 because they send their employees home—they refused a pedicure because it’s 45 minutes until closing. Guess we’ll go somewhere else, oh well

3 /5 Lashonda Ross: I came in and asked for something simple. “French tip cotton candy” was told by nail tech “ it won’t shoe up pick another color. I didn’t see a color I liked. I asked if he could freestyle he said no. He said “ no picture” I found a video on Pinterest. He said ok. It had all the steps and everything. It played he said ok. I was supposed to be natural nail with cat eye tips. It is not cat eye at all. It turned out ugly. The girl sitting two chairs down with the orange hair got exactly what I wanted when I came in. Just because people wanna say you’re boring. I get my nails done to make me happy when I look down at them. This design don’t make me happy. Owner says “ it’s not like the picture but it’s still nice” “ must pay $40 for polish change” to the original ask. French tip.

5 /5 TreShur Williams-Carter: I had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly, the background music was relaxing, and the massage chair was perfect. I walked out feeling refreshed and was very happy with my pedicure results. Will definitely be coming back.
