Classy Nails and Spa - Columbus (GA)

2 /5 Melissa Alexander: Not so classy. Deluxe pedicure. Scraped my feet with an illegal grater. Never lotioned my feet. I was grateful for the attention to my toe nails but not a great experience. Very disappointing and more expensive. Picture is after my appointment and still rough dry skin all over my feet.

5 /5 Kayla Collins: my mom started coming here when they opened so naturally i started coming here when i started getting into having my nails done. i always leave happy and relaxed! never had any problem with my nails here. it’s always so clean and everyone is so sweet. i’ve also brought my four year old with me and they were so sweet to her. she was so excited to get her nails done for the first time. def made it an experience she won’t forget! so very kid friendly (:

1 /5 Debra Pilcher: I decided to give this place another shot since they changed ownership. BIG MISTAKE. Not only are all my nails uneven, they have dints in them and I have 4 small cuts on my fingers from her tool. Everytime I said something she laughed and said sorry. I was so upset I didnt let her paint them. All I wanted was a simple file down and fill-in. I ended up with a straight mess.. Now I have or find someone to fix them or do it myself. Stay clear of this place..

3 /5 Elizabeth Stoll: We have been to the salon multiple times and I’ve always felt that their services were a little overpriced but because they’re so quick with their service we went back. Today was an exception. I took my daughter in to get a new set of gel acrylics put on and I explained specifically what she wanted because she is nonverbal. I left to run my errands and came back and it was the exact opposite of what I wanted. Because she has limitations we wanted a short set of nails and as you can see on the right, those nails are not short. I had to come home and clip and file her nails. Keep in mind, I asked the young lady doing her nails can you cut them after they’re painted and she said no. But as you can see I did and they still look good. I feel like they did a long set so they could charge more money . I’m sad to say that we will not be back. We are on the search for a new nail salon.

5 /5 Allexus Hollingsworth: I work at the post office and i get off around 730-8. I called around and i explained that and haven’t been able to get a pedicure in months and she understood and told me to come and they will take care of me. The moment i walked through the door, the lady who answered the phone told me im the one who called and i said yes, she was getting my water ready and welcomed me in. I believe her name was Elaine. She massaged me really well 10/10, she filed and cut down and treated my cuticles and callus’s . My manicurist was a different woman but she was excellent also , she cleaned my nails up completely .
