1 /5 Cheryl Jacobs: I used to love this place. Now, my pedicure barely takes 30 minutes. They are in a rush to get you out. No attention to detail. $47 plus tax and tip should garner better/longer service. Got a pedicure last night and it is awful. I don’t want your candy and snacks. I want good service for what I paid for! My husband also got a pedicure and they made his toe bleed. Definitely don’t recommend Tina or Tempest. On the hunt for a new place!

1 /5 Yocelis Arias: I would have given it 5 stars but was a little disappointed… I called an hour ahead of getting there asking how much Short Acrylic French tip nails were and they told me $50-55 I said oo perfect when I go there the environment was good customer service from my nail tech was beautiful. The nails you can tell the tip was lifted a bit when he applied it but nun the less compared to a different salon I went to definitely better. When everything was said and done I went to the front and they said it was $70 I was shocked because I was told $50. They told me the tip was extra plus the gel, which the gel I get but the extra for the French tip? That wasn’t mentioned prior to me getting there or when I was asked 3 times if that’s what I wanted shape and everything. Overall he told me she was knew her name was like Jesse or something and that she didn’t know what she was talking about and that they were sorry she gave me the wrong info. After trying to lower because of the miscommunication on their end essentially they still settled with me having to pay the $72.10…cause I guess TAX which is crazy. It was cute but I don’t think I’ll be going back.. as a first time and I expressed my concern on price they blamed the girl and she was sweet. For $70

5 /5 Erica Spann: I will never go anywhere else. This place is top tier. The service was fabulous, from the pedicure to the gel builder. My nails haven’t looked this good in YEARS. Tracy did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. If you are going anywhere else for your nails then you are greatly missing out. Gel builder with extensions and gel polish plus a spa detox pedicure with gel polish only came to $175. You can’t beat the service or the price. I’m so happy I found a new nail home

1 /5 Camille Hudson: Service was great but the execution was terrible. I was very unhappy with my nails, they’re uneven, discolored, have random brown dots and the base was laid uneven. I was not told my accurate pricing upon arrival. Coming in a full set with gel was 60.00 I walked out paying 98.00 excluding tip. Very frustrated and will not be coming back.

1 /5 Destiny Perry: Rose was extremely rude today! She tried to end my pedicure because Tracy is not here at the moment. As high as these prices are, there should always be exceptional service. Despite Rose’s attitude I really appreciate Jessie and Tina.
