1 /5 VICTORY Redemption: Regrettably, my recent visit Luxor Nails was marred by subpar service and hygiene concerns that cannot go unaddressed. And not to mentioned just wasted $40.00 down in the drained! And NO refreshments are offer. The pedicure should have last 35 minutes, but this was the shortest pedicure I have ever experienced 10minutes! First and foremost, the pedicure I received was far from satisfactory. Not only was it rushed, but the technician seemed disinterested in providing a thorough treatments. She fail to deliver a proper manicure, but their lack of qualification was glaringly evident throughout the entire process. From the improper filing of nails to the haphazard cuticle care, it was clear that they lacked the necessary skills and training to provide a satisfactory service. The towels provided were shockingly black instead of the pristine white one would expect in a reputable establishment. Overall, my experience at was disappointing and fell far short of my expectations. I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking a quality nail service. It is my hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the level of service and professionalism provided to their customers.

4 /5 Lucy: I was a little nervous going here at first, but honestly my nails are good. The complaints I have are that they do like their money so they did press me to get gel nails and I wanted a nude pink so they insisted on French tips. At first I was just worried about how much money I’ll be spending because I don’t know exactly how much everything should cost. I don’t get my nails done often. In the end I got short dip powdered acrylic nails with French tips and a pedicure with gel French tips. My boyfriend also got a pedicure with no color though. All of it added up to $165. I do like my nails though they did a good job. My acrylic on my thumb is a little bent downwards which kind of bothers me when I type and stuff but it’s not even noticeable when looking at it.

1 /5 Quinti’anya Campbell: The quality here was disappointing. The nail tech didn’t seem to care about shaping, application, or even the overall look. I asked for medium length, but they ended up much shorter than I requested. On top of that, one of my nails came off just 2–3 days after getting them done. Definitely not worth the price .

1 /5 Julia Grow: Honestly, worst experience I asked for simple brown, shimmery nails, and the result was horrible. The nail polish color was brown but when the artist put the shimmer on it turned out green! The shimmer was all over the outside of my nails. The nails were so thin that they were sticking up! When I asked for them to get removed the artist said that I wasted her time, and it was my fault because of the skin under my nails. Even though my moms were the same way. Still expecting my mom to pay, after this I was so mad, the artist even made the skin around red and and raw. Would not recommend.
