5 /5 P C: Hands down the best salon in Valdosta. Jessica is the best of the best. She has been doing my hair for over two years - she has done low lights, highlights, dark to platinum and extension installs for me (she has also corrected my hair when I have attempted to dye it at home myself!). She is incredibly friendly, funny and makes you feel completely at ease. I have always left the salon with exactly how I wanted my hair to look, she has never let me down and truly cares about what you want, she does everything to ensure you are completely satisfied. She really cares about her customers and her knowledge and expertise are unmatched in this town! I had gone to other salons before I found Infinity salon and they are not comparable to the experience and quality you receive here, there’s no where else I’d ever go. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Sarah Jones: Decided to try a new hairsalon today. Amanda did awesome fixing my hair! I told her that I wanted something simple that worked with my face shape she did not disappoint. I will be going back to her again! Jessica was extremely nice making sure I was happy with the service and outcome of my hairstyle as well! These ladies are awesome!

1 /5 Tina d: I have very fine hair and was new to the area. I called and spoke with Jessica to ask if she had experience with very fine hair. She assured me she did, so I booked an appointment for a trim and highlight. I arrive for my appointment 5 minutes before the scheduled time, and sit there for 45 minutes before I am called back. I kid you not, halfway through my trim, Jessica hands me over to another stylist, Sheila because she has been working on someone elses hair and needs to finish it. More hair was cut and highlights with lowlights were "given". Two days later, you see my roots, a lot of my hair was not covered by the highlight at all. I went to 2 additional salons for their opinions on my hair. Both salons said that my hair had been severely damaged. If you picked up the top layer of my hair there was a 4 inch line pretty much all the way around my head that had not been touched. This line was not there prior to my appointment - Im assuming that was the "lowlight. Both opinions quoted me $350 to repair my damage. I called Jessica and asked for a refund. She said she doesnt give refunds, told me that Sheila no longer worked there and she didnt know how to reach her, but if I came in, she would see what she could do to fix my hair. After having called prior to booking an appointment with Jessica, specifically talking about how fine my hair was and still being handed off to another stylist, I told her I would not be back, but that I still wanted a refund as she is who handed me off and wasnt backing stylists she hired in her salon. She still said that she did not give refunds. Three days later, I get a call from the stylist, Sheila who said she indeed still worked there and she wanted to see my hair, but that since it had now been 3 weeks she couldnt give me a refund. I let her know that it had now been 3 weeks because I sought out 2 other opinions, requiring 2 weeks and there was no way in heck I was coming back. I gave them both the opportunity to refund my money without success. I have never written a bad Google Review in my life, but I am sorely disappointed, having paid to have my hair repaired and will never darken this door again. Fine hair ladies, be very cautious!
