1 /5 Kamilah Seaton: They are EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS!!! The first time I went there the lady owner was very short and rude in all her responses, she acted as though she did not want to give any type of service. I asked do you have different pedicure options to select from and before I could explain, she said “NO, only one pedicure, $45, do you want it”. She does great service when it comes to eyebrows, but her customer service is disgusting.
I went a 2nd time, thinking they would have a better approach with their customers and they still had the same rude demeanor. The daughter was not welcoming when meeting a new client, then when I showed her the style and asked her could she do it, she said YES! Once I saw her doing a completely different design from what I was asking her to do, I asked could she follow the picture, she said yes. After her doing the 3rd nail, I saw she was still doing a poor piss of a job, she then said she couldn’t do it like the picture and nail artist can’t always follow the examples provided… whatttt? Remind you she was trying to charge $90 for the design. I come from a city where we pay for what we ask for, not nothing less or “similar” as she stated.
Overall, they are a horrible place of business. It’s a dirty, and not welcoming environment! They need to be shut down, or need new management because as you can see from majority of their reviews, they don’t deserve to be in business!!
