2 /5 Erica McBride: I’ve only been here once about a month ago (because it was a girls day thing) and got the lavender pedicure ($40) and a natural manicure ($20) with regular polish (extra $5) and the guy doing my pedicure looked like he was 16, and kept asking the woman next to him questions and she would point and tell him what to do. He was very evidently inexperienced. The pedicure was not good at all and was painful, which I’ve never experienced anywhere else before until I went here. When it was time for the manicure, the woman who did it was very blatantly speeding through it/rushing and not doing everything correctly either. I assumed I was getting treated this way because I didn’t spend a lot of money, ($65 total before tip) but I work with my hands and can’t stand acrylics. I just wanted my hands cleaned up and looking decent for one weekend away, but they were not good either. All of my nails were uneven and my cuticles were untouched. I had to fix them as best I could myself at home the following day. Like i said, not up to par with natural manicures I’ve had elsewhere. Definitely won’t be going back. I don’t understand treating someone differently just because they don’t spend a lot of money.
