I called and was able to get in with Don. He was indeed as good or even better than all the positive feedback others had made. Very kind, attentive to my requests and the most particular nail tech I’ve ever had. His attention to the details to ensure each nail matched the other in length and shape was exceptional! The Salon is very comfortable. Clean, well maintained, bright and airy! I highly recommend Love Nails and specifically Don. My only regret is that I don’t live here.

For reference, please see my one-star review on the nearby Divine Nails, around the corner, where I was treated horrifically and had no choice but to walk right out the front door and find another nail salon. Thankfully, I found this salon and they were able to turn my day around. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with joy. I did not have an appointment (since I had just walked out of my appointment at Divine Nails), but they happily still fit me in. The owners took the time to introduce themselves and to get to know me. They also took the time to help me find the nail color I wanted for my hands and feet and to ensure the colors matched. Just that alone, was 10 times more customer service than I received at Divine Nails. They made me feel comfortable and welcome, which is what any customer desires in an establishment—especially when they plan on paying good money for a service. I did not feel rushed and I felt I could relax. We ended singing and laughing. The owners (Tom & Layna) are fantastic and super personable and even the customers were smiling and having a great time. I even spoke with a customer who had been going there for 20 years and she said they are hands down the best nail salon in the area. If youre going to spend the time and money, I highly recommend visiting Asia Nails. You will not be disappointed and I will most certainly be back!

Nina Brown: Never again. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years different places.Never once had an infection until I went here. My fingers hurt so bad. My nail bed was glued to my cuticle. After disinfecting yellow pus came out of my nail. Blood the next day. Nail tech took my debit card and didn’t return it. NEVER AGAIN. This was in AUGUSTA,GA. I know where I live. You should have apologized instead of attempting to make me feel crazy. Horrible business. Can’t even take accountability for a dirty infectious shop. I’m from NY this never happened there. I could have died from that infection.
