She was very easy to converse with and also very knowledgeable on all the questions I asked. The atmosphere was lovely. I have been to salons that felt cold and clinical, but this salon was comfortable and inviting. I LOVE the results of my cut and color and will definitely be back.

I reached out to Jessie & she scheduled me for a bridal trial. I went in for my appointment & I immediately knew I had found my permanent hairstylist! I have been going to Jessie since then! She always does my hair perfect. I always feel comfortable when I’m there & I’m always happy with my hair when I leave!

She made me feel good again with a fix to me chopping my hair in a moment of crazy and revitalizing my color so I can feel normal again! The salon atmosphere is great, Morgans care to my thin hair and just the overall vibe was such a pleasure on the cold, rainy day that was my appointment. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Thank you Morgan!!

Helen Allen: I absolutely love this place. I called the salon at 9:30 on a Monday crying because I had attempted to do my hair color myself & lets just say I failed epically. I called them only because I had gotten my hair cut there a couple of times and they were the only place in monroe open at the time. Sadie answered & said come up here & let me take a look. While Im still in a panic so much so that I skipped work she assured me it wasnt that bad & could give me some version of what I was going for. I thought theres no way I am beyond any "normal" presentable color & my hair is damaged beyond repair. Not 1 time did she sweat or blink twice when she said "its going to be fine". She took her time & helped keep me calm & after several hours, once again I was in tears! But they were happy tears! She had me sobbing because the results were better than I had ever imagined. I look & feel so much more than beautiful! As soon as she spun me around in that chair all I could do is thank her & cry & pay her whatever amount she asked (honestly I would have given her my routing number) all the panic was gone & i was just so grateful. As far as the amount I told her how much I had & she even gave me options but exceeded my expectations to say the least & my hair feels so healthy! Sadie-you lady are very talented & an expert to say the least. Im so grateful you answered the phone & answered my prayers. You now have a new client & will share this story til I can no longer speak! Thank you for everything!!

Naysia Ford: What a disappointment and DISASTER! I booked for knotless braids, shoulder length. I sent in the exact picture of how I wanted my hair. The hair was way longer than I wanted it and the parts were all over the place. I have no middle part! The picture I sent had medium sized braids and they did them super small. With very small and crooked parts. It looks ridiculous. The ends weren’t even either. Some of the ends had ended lower than other parts. I wanted to cry once I seen my hair. It was horrible! For the amount I paid, I could have taken my request somewhere else. I got asked little to no questions about how I wanted my hair. She didn’t even follow the picture I sent. I was also trying to make conversation by asking what language they spoke because I’m Haitian and she was snarky and said English. Rude.
