5 /5 Helen Allen: I absolutely love this place. I called the salon at 9:30 on a Monday crying because I had attempted to do my hair color myself & lets just say I failed epically. I called them only because I had gotten my hair cut there a couple of times and they were the only place in monroe open at the time. Sadie answered & said come up here & let me take a look. While Im still in a panic so much so that I skipped work she assured me it wasnt that bad & could give me some version of what I was going for. I thought theres no way I am beyond any "normal" presentable color & my hair is damaged beyond repair. Not 1 time did she sweat or blink twice when she said "its going to be fine". She took her time & helped keep me calm & after several hours, once again I was in tears! But they were happy tears! She had me sobbing because the results were better than I had ever imagined. I look & feel so much more than beautiful! As soon as she spun me around in that chair all I could do is thank her & cry & pay her whatever amount she asked (honestly I would have given her my routing number) all the panic was gone & i was just so grateful. As far as the amount I told her how much I had & she even gave me options but exceeded my expectations to say the least & my hair feels so healthy! Sadie-you lady are very talented & an expert to say the least. Im so grateful you answered the phone & answered my prayers. You now have a new client & will share this story til I can no longer speak! Thank you for everything!!
