La Bella Lily’s Dominican Hair Salon - McDonough (GA)

2 /5 T. T: Twice I went here for color and was told no because it’s busy. Mind you it’s not like I’m coming in the afternoon, or end of day. I was there at 9:15 and they open at 9. It was a Saturday and I was told to come during the week. How?! I work Monday-Fri! Also my child’s hair is thick and natural but short (barely touching her shoulders) and it was $90 for a silk press. I live close by and I hate that I have to find someone else, but we won’t be back.

1 /5 Waheeda Mangru: My 2nd time getting my hair done by this salon Went a few days back did highlight in my hair When I got home I could still smell the chemical even after 2 times of me washin it at home. Whtever Lilly put it in my hair it damage it so bad I had to cut off most of my hair coz of the dryness I wish I never went. This makes me really sad N about the prize yes When I went she said 275 for everything n mind u she check my hair b4 telling me the prize When she finished she said 285. I seriously won’t recommend anyone to get their hair colored at this Solon. Was to take my daughter but hell no I’m sorry if this review offend anyone But she really destroyed my hair

5 /5 Ashleigh Bryson: Oh my goodness, I’ve been going to Dominican hair salons since I was a child and this was by far the best experience ever! The customer service exceeded my expectation. As a mom of 5, upkeep is kind of far in between and Lily gave me a deep condition and a scalp detox and it felt awesome. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. I will definitely be making this my home salon!

1 /5 Michael Terrelonge: Bought my daughter here to get her hair done , little did they know she understands Spanish. They talked about her the whole time she was there. Very Unprofessional. The stylists also will sit and do they own hair before taking care of the customers they have already there waiting to be serviced or to be finished service. I was told a silk press would only take up to 1 hour and 30 minutes and she was there for almost 4 hours due to the stylist washing and doing their own hair.

5 /5 Ty: I’ve been coming here for about a year now and since day 1 the experience has been great every time. Since I was diagnosed with alopecia the services and improvements I’ve received from the staff (especially Titi) have been nothing other than amazing and greatly appreciated! They have grew my hair so much, gave me good advice, and their prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend anyone to come.
