5 /5 Lindsay Chandler: My grandfather is a patient here and Dr. McCoy along with her staff (especially Andrea) are so kind, patient, and genuinely care about their patient’s well being. It was stressful trying to keep up with the procedures and appointments my elderly grandfather was making on his own with an oral surgeon trying to get implants and dentures, and unfortunately I didn’t receive much assurance or assistance from the oral surgeon’s office when I started trying to assist him with this process. In contrast, anytime I called Dr. McCoy’s office (his dentist), Andrea and even Dr. McCoy took the the time to address any concerns or explain answers to questions I had (following privacy laws as I’m listed on the proper consent form allowing them to discuss my grandfather’s care with me). This practice and the staff have shown true compassion and treated my grandfather like he was their own family member which I am beyond grateful for. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this entire office and highly recommend them. Thank you all again for the amazing customer service and care you continue to provide my Grandfather!
