    5 /5 Aisha Ali: Ive been here a few times but today I took my 9 year old with me for a pedicure. The new nail tech Sophia was great with my daughter. Shes very pleasant. I thought the pricing for a kids pedicure was a bit over the top but in the end it was worth it! Willie is always great at what he does. This is the 2nd time Ive had a pedicure with him and I have no complaints. Not to mention the 2 other young ladies (not sure of their names ) kept my 2 year old entertained the entire time. They will def see me again ! If you want to try them, ask for Willie!!!
    2 /5 Deanna Jacobs: Listen I hate to write this review but it has to be done. I went 8/4 on a Sunday to get my nails done.I was on the way to my regular shop but decided to try them. Wrong move. The ladies were very welcoming and nice throughout. The issue is, they cannot do nails. I was there for almost 3 hours, left, came back and they still couldnt fix my nails decently. After a full night of my nails beds sore and red due to the acrylic covering my entire nail, leaving no breathing room and easing toward infection, I had to call out and went to another salon today, who had to remove and redo my nails. Serious waste of money here! They are nice, but no, just no.

    Lorette: I went to Novo salon yesterday on my way to visit family for the holidays. I told the nail tech multiple that I had one broken nail, so I just wanted a tip on that one. She told me that it would look better if she put tips on all the nails. I said okay but my other nails are already the length I want. She went ahead and put the tips on, and my nails are much longer than what I wanted. I work at a doctors office and I can’t have nails this long. She used acrylic on top of the tips. I did not want acrylic and I know you can get tips done on gel nails without doing this. I did not want to argue with her because she already didn’t listen to me about the tips, and I just hoped it would look good. It did not, as she did not shave down the acrylic enough. My nails are thick, long, and uncomfortable. They aren’t even the same length. You can see how thick they are in the picture. They weren’t even filed properly after the gel; there are little bits of gel that poke out of my nail on the side. I left hurriedly because I was upset and was hoping I would just be able to get used to them, but I cannot and they are too long for work. Unfortunately am not from the area, but if I would drive back to have them re-done. I will have to go to another salon today to have them fixed.
