I wanted to take a moment to address your recent review regarding your experience with Krista at the salon I, too, visit.
Firstly, I sincerely apologize to Krista for this inaccurate review. I was in the salon as a customer when this situation occurred, and I heard the entire conversation. Krista always strives to create a positive and welcoming environment for her clients, the conversation actually didn’t go down how you stated it did, and I believe that others should be aware of this being a false narrative.
The ladies at this salon, Krista included, would never intentionally allow any of their personal feelings or frustrations to affect their clients experiences.
I am sure Essentials Salon value all feedback, but it’s important to note that the situation that occurred was not how you stated, and Krista has a strong track record of providing excellent service.
Regarding pricing and my experience, the rates here are competitive within the industry and reflect the quality of service and products they provide. As for tipping, how did you know she was unhappy with your tip? Any amount I am sure is appreciated, and it should never be a measure of the service you receive.
I don’t think it’s fair to discredit someone’s experience if it was factual information, but from another customer perspective, the narrative you played here is incorrect and slanderous. You seemed more than happy when you left the salon, and maybe next time you can share the entire experience and not false accusations.
