1 /5 Doug Bradfield: Place sucks. Set a hair appointment for 12:30 for my wife. Arrived at 12:25 . Here it is 1:00 and still am waiting to be seen. Will never use this place again or recommend this place. You know I set a appointment for 12:30 because I had plans to leave town for the 4th of July but now my plans are ruined because this place of business is making me way behind schedule. Unbelievable services.

1 /5 Peggy Smith: How you going to close at 2/2:30 when your normal hours are closing at 6ouand you take walk ins which was what I was going to do around 2 but you make sure you told me you would be closing in 30 minutes ...not depenanable and this isnt the first time Ive had an issue with a walk in appt will not be trying to go back...

Yall have zero business management if you are leaving the responsibility, of a Google sponsored franchise, on the shoulders of one employee at a time. That woman was nervous and overwhelmed, there was a layer of hair on everything. There were 2 customers before I had my appointment and 2 more after. I had a terrible haircut and a terrible experience because there should be more than one employee there. This is penny-pinching capitalism at its worst.
