That woman was nervous and overwhelmed, there was a layer of hair on everything. There were 2 customers before I had my appointment and 2 more after.
I had a terrible haircut and a terrible experience because there should be more than one employee there.
This is penny-pinching capitalism at its worst.

She got me in as a walk in and informed me about everything I needed to know about coloring my hair, allowing me to be sure it was exactly what I wanted.
