I am simply blown away by my experience with LifeSmiles, called on a Monday in extreme pain from a broken tooth - they were quick to squeeze me in, from the moment I walked in, in tears to the actual procedure I was met with nothing but compassion and empathy from the entire team.
Dr. Houston and Dorothy were so kind and made sure my comfort was the top priority, once the initial exam was completed they gave me my options and educated me on the after effects of each choice. I really appreciated how Dorothy broke things down for me as it helped me make a choice that would be long lasting and affordable.
Before beginning the extraction they walked me through hand signals I could use to indicate different responses and kept conversing with me directly through the entire procedure so nothing startled or frightened me.
Post procedure Dorothy took time with me to make sure everything was settled correctly and I was feeling good.
As someone who hadnt been to the dentist is 15 years due to extreme fear and anxiety of dentist I left feeling excited to come back - from the receptionists to the doctors these people truly care about their patients.
If you looking for a dental experience that will leave you feeling relaxed and confident in the care provided look no further.

Everyone from front office staff to the dentists, hygienists, and all the assistants, are professional and friendly.
Prices are a bit lower than other local dental practices as well. I actually enjoyed all my appointments knowing I’d get to see all the smiling faces!

Family Smiles Dental - Dallas Jacqueline Carlisle: My husband and I have gone to Family Smiles Dental for several years now and we love them! Everyone in the office starting at the top with Hope Stills DDS (the owner) is nothing but polite but most of all they calm the soul when you’re in their chairs. My husband and I both had to get crown replacements in the last couple of weeks and THEY MAKE YOUR CROWN WHILE YOU’RE THERE! No going back to get the permanent crown two weeks later. You’ll love them as much as we do.

Family Dentistry at Seven Hills - Dallas Kenia Alonzo: Sadly, I was looking for a new provider since my insurance changed. I called this place and since day one the person answering the calls with name starting with J. Was not kind at all no interest, her way to ask questions were like you are bothering her instead of appreciating the request and opportunity of having a new patient.
I though that could be me, but today I confirmed it was me. So sad they are losing clients-patients by having a rude person answering the calls.
Frank Terracina DMD - Dallas Jennifer Beasley: My family has been a patient of Dr. Terracina for close to 20 years now. He and his office staff, shout out to Janet and Jennifer, are always kind, professional and dedicated to making everyone feel comfortable. Dr. Terracina is a conservative and HONEST dentist who only does what is necessary to keep you and your teeth as healthy as possible. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
Highland Family Dentistry - Hiram Tomika Robinson: Dr. Bahrami and her staff are exceptional! My husband and daughter go here already and enjoy their dental experiences so I decided to switch my dentist to join them. Dr. Bahrami was very gentle and comforting during my tooth extraction. She explained the noises I would hear and ensured I was okay every step of the way.
Dr. Hope Still, DDS - Dallas Cason Patterson: Let’s just say that Dr. Still and her team have restored my faith in dentistry. This team is wonderful to work with, very understanding and personable in all the right ways. Dr Still is always so nice and welcoming and has a huge smile on her face when I come to visit, along with Erin and the rest of the staff.
I’m truly thankful to have found such a great team.
