5 /5 Zack Shaffer: I came to this office for a second opinion, but have been thoroughly impressed and may well switch to this gentlemen. The office is easy to get to (next to an Ingles). Its clean and well-kept. The waiting room has water bottles; the reception staff are very kind; theres even guest Wifi available.
The facilities has several examination "rooms"; I only say rooms in quotes because the "rooms" are more partitions; theres not a true wall between them, but its not an issue.
Dr. Terracina and his staff were very impressive. Dr. Terracina is very personable and very knowledgeable. I heard his interaction with other patients, and he was very kind and educational, and he was the same with me. He took his time with me, explained everything that was going on, educated me on multiple options. He was both very straightforward but also very compassionate. I felt valued, educated, and enabled to make the best decision moving forward. Really impressed with this guy. He was very straightforward about what he could do in his office, and he had lots of contacts for specialists and gave me a referral to one for procedures he felt someone else would do better.
Very impressed. Very recommended.
