I am simply blown away by my experience with LifeSmiles, called on a Monday in extreme pain from a broken tooth - they were quick to squeeze me in, from the moment I walked in, in tears to the actual procedure I was met with nothing but compassion and empathy from the entire team. Dr. Houston and Dorothy were so kind and made sure my comfort was the top priority, once the initial exam was completed they gave me my options and educated me on the after effects of each choice. I really appreciated how Dorothy broke things down for me as it helped me make a choice that would be long lasting and affordable. Before beginning the extraction they walked me through hand signals I could use to indicate different responses and kept conversing with me directly through the entire procedure so nothing startled or frightened me. Post procedure Dorothy took time with me to make sure everything was settled correctly and I was feeling good. As someone who hadnt been to the dentist is 15 years due to extreme fear and anxiety of dentist I left feeling excited to come back - from the receptionists to the doctors these people truly care about their patients. If you looking for a dental experience that will leave you feeling relaxed and confident in the care provided look no further. I promise you wont be disappointed.

5 /5 Robert Poole: Absolutely the best dentist you’ll ever find. Dr. Parbhoo is truly in a league of his own—both as a skilled professional and as a genuinely kind human being. I gladly make a 4-hour round-trip commute just to receive care from him, because nothing else compares. His attention to detail, compassion, and commitment to excellence are unmatched. 5 /5 Anita Booker: My first visit gave me hope in solving a long over due issue! Not only was my hygienist Miranda considered of my fears during the whole cleaning process, she walked me through every step she took! She was also super nice! Dr. Parbhoo came in with a big hug and smile! I was not expecting that but it was nice of him! He proceeded to educate me on the improvements that are needed and the best way to proceed! He was not rushed! He took his time and explained everything step by step! I had the chance to wrap up my visit with Shelia who helped me figure out how to achieve the plan of action! Everyone was so nice with great attitudes the whole time I was there. They all seemed happy and excited as if it was Christmas! Tracy is one of the reasons I chose LifeSmiles. I spoke with her over the phone before making my appointment.. She took her time telling me exactly what to expect, what to bring, how long the appointment would take and the knowledge of Dr. Parbhoo in the area of my concern! My hat goes off to the team that helped me today. The office is beautiful, clean and state of the art! I look forward to sleeping better, more energy and a beautiful smile as the cherry on top! The front desk makes you feel like they have known you forever, my hygienist Haley is so personable and feels like a friend and Dr. Houston explains everything and makes sure you understand all your options. An added bonus the dental chairs massage you!

5 /5 Michael Lonati Jr: Hands down, the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Michelle Houston is truly the best dentist there is—kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to get to know me, listened to my concerns, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was how upfront the office was about everything—especially the cost. No guessing games, no hidden fees. Everything was explained clearly. Like a lot of people, I’ve always had some anxiety about going to the dentist, but that completely changed after this visit. Dr. Houston and her team made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. I actually left feeling relieved and taken care of. Can’t recommend them enough!
