They were friendly, environment was clean and well organized.As you entered you were offer, juice, water or champagne.My nails were well done , I would recommended you to go get your nails done. I am definitely going back.

3 /5 Syreeta Davis: So this was my second time here and I enjoyed myself the customer service was great the ladies treated me very well with mimosa and all. I got the membership which I am excited about but the only thing is that they need more of an updated selection for polish and designs. Sometimes I like plane nails but sometimes I want crazy bling and updated designs. I want to continue to patronize small black owned business but I need more of a selection

5 /5 Uncle Maine: What a wonderful break from the norm, and elevation to a better experience. Cuticle cutters, and nail clippers are the same anywhere you go, but where Gloss shines is all in the experience. All the small details just make the experience so personal, you actually feel catered to. They even have the audacity to do all of this at a great price. The art of service was definitely lost in the pandemic, but Ive found it here at Gloss Nail Spa. Ill definitely be back.
