1 /5 Meghan Jones: Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. She ruined my niece’s prom experience by ghosting us on the day of her appointment which was the DAY OF prom. This was a confirmed appointment and she was very aware of the fact that this was her senior prom. She never replied to any message nor did she even apologize or offer any recommendations for a replacement. Just never responded. She read the message (suggestion: turn off your read receipts if you are going to ghost customers) and made the decision not to respond. This is just unprofessional, unacceptable, and deplorable.
