1 /5 Quarterial Neal: Now i understand coming in that these are students but I believe when doing services they should be accompanied by their instructor. Came for a Pedi and full set . Jada did a great job on my nails . But the other young lady who did my feet didn’t know what she was doing , she had polish all around my toes and didn’t clean it and I asked if she could take it off and put clear on them. She took them off walked easy and got started on someone else. I asked the instructor if she could put clear she said yes. The student came in had an attitude made me stretch my leg up with no support, when she was down out my feet down said nothing and walked away. This is how I left with my feet looking! I literally could have done this myself. I just wasted $18

3 /5 Tamika Houston: Today is my first time coming here to get permanent color, trim, and silk press. When I walked in the door and told Ms. B (an “instructor”) what I wanted she quoted me $65 but the actual price ended up being $80 which was cool if I knew that to begin with. So it had me kinda tight. Because how you work there and don’t know the prices. I wanted a honey blonde color. Arianna did a fantastic job with the color until Ms. B told her tone it and add extra chemicals to it which then turned my hair back brown. The color was awful. Thank God the owner Mrs. Shannon told Tiffany (the master colorists) to help fix my hair because it had to be reprocessed to get it back to the color I wanted. It was a nightmare. Ms. B maybe an instructor but she is very micromanaging and condescending to her students. Her attitude is horrible. I would’ve gave 5 stars but the way Ms. B tried to defend her horrible training technique and place the blame on the student. I will return as long as Ms B doesn’t touch my hair at all and has a better attitude. Thanks Arianna for doing what you were told even though it wasn’t correct.

5 /5 Sophia Mathis: I do not have a regular beautician and I was looking for somewhere that 1) had transparent pricing, and 2) I could preferably book online. I used to remember the beauty school in forest park back in the day and Google searched to see if there were any close to me. Luckily I found this one. It had transparent pricing and it did not require an appointment but a quick call and I had one scheduled. I was blessed to be paired with a young woman named Jordan. She is a gem. I got the wash/condition, silk press, and trim. $55. Im natural, had just taken braids out the day before, and my hair was a lions mane. She did a fantastic job. I will continue to go to her here until she finishes school and will follow her afterwards. They have nail, skin, and body contouring services as well. ***If you tip for a job well done bring it in cash***
