1 /5 Willie Wimberly: Worst experience ever! Two vehicles were taken to this shop at the same day for repair. One of them was for a warranty repair. Dropped the warranty repair off at 8am. Second day in a row, allegedly parts never came in the first day. Ordered a set of tires for the second vehicle. I was informed they would be in after lunch. It’s 5pm and I’m now being told they didn’t have the appropriate size tire...at the close of the business day when I can no longer shop around. They reassured me they could get the tires...guess I won’t be able to make my trip back home to Atlanta thanks to them. Oh and that warranty replacement is still not completed, but they did find the time to ask for money for labor....sad when it’s people you identify with. Don’t use this company unless you have time to waste. I would leave no stars, but you have to leave one in order to post.
