Sexy nails - Albany Bryce Bragg: I won’t be returning to this nail salon because I feel they overcharged me for a service that didn’t meet my expectations at all.
I ended up bleeding from three nails and was only given a Band-Aid at the end of my appointment. I go to a nail salon to enjoy the experience, not to leave injured or in pain.
I pointed out my bruises and bleeding to the staff, but there was no acknowledgment or adjustment made to my bill, which showed a lack of care for the quality of their work and the well-being of their clients.
This salon has a lot to improve in terms of customer service. I get my nails done regularly, and I can’t recommend this place to others based on my experience.
P.S. my nails are supposed to be coffin shaped with an ombre effect. This work was horrible.
