Jordyn Bleckley: We had an awesome first visit to the dentist! I wanted to establish my 2 year old with a pediatric dentist early so he wouldn’t be scared of the dentist like me and it went better than I could have imagined. The office itself was painted to look like an aquarium, so my son loved the fish and sea life all on the walls. It was very clean and welcoming. The staff was so nice and worked really well with him to make him feel comfortable. He even got to hold some of the tools so he wouldn’t be scared of them. Dr. Crell himself was equally as great as he let me hold my son during his exam so he would feel more comfortable. I highly recommend you come here if you were looking for a pediatric dentist as we are highly satisfied with how things went!

David Williams: Very poor customer service. I must plan for my appointments way in advance to schedule work so I can make my appointment. I go in for my appointment and they have no clue that I had an appointment. You would think they would make time for my appointment since they screwed up, especially since I even showed them proof of my appointment, but no I was told they do not have time. I understand mistakes are made, but there was no effort on their part to correct it and provide good customer service. Would never recommend this hole in the wall place to anyone!!!!

Wanda Scott: Absolutely wonderful! Dr Toms and staff are wonderful. He is easy in the mouth. I have been going to him for years. I had to have a cap replaced( my front tooth) . Everyone should try this....... no numbing shots for pain to put the cap back on! It does not hurt!!! No pain at all!!

The hygienist Heather took special care and was first hygienist I ever had that did not hurt me during the cleaning process. Dr. Deborah preformed a crown on me and was very wonderful at taking special precautions to make me feel very comfortable by delivering a pain free service. Both my temporary & permanent crowns fit beautiful requiring no adjustments. Excellent and friendly staff through out office. Highly recommend Grace Family Dentistry!
