1 /5 David Williams: Very poor customer service. I must plan for my appointments way in advance to schedule work so I can make my appointment. I go in for my appointment and they have no clue that I had an appointment. You would think they would make time for my appointment since they screwed up, especially since I even showed them proof of my appointment, but no I was told they do not have time. I understand mistakes are made, but there was no effort on their part to correct it and provide good customer service. Would never recommend this hole in the wall place to anyone!!!!
