1 /5 cee trayvon: I am updating my review since placing this review 100 people have viewed my post. At my initial appointment I thought this was a good dentist. However my appt was in Nov and it is now Jan. They still have not submitted my appointment details to complete my assessment. Not only that but they posted that I NEVER came to my appointment which was a 2hour drive for me. When I call the staff place you in a voicemail box that says allow 3 days for a return call. I called them and waited for weeks for a response, to no avail. I finally called and hit a different option and a person answered! I asked why my appointment details was not passed on to the provider she said They have no part of the process and to call the provider. I explained to her that it was her dental office who conducted my examination yet they did not send my details to the provider. She became like an automated recording by repeating she could not help me and I needed to contact the provider pointless unprofessional do not go to this provider if you get a recommendation I highly suggest you ask for another provider because whatever it is that you need for them you will probably never get. This is the absolute Worst Dental experience I have ever had.

5 /5 Ronald Brooks: This was one of the greatest visit I’ve had in a long time. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and detailed. The hygienist explained every step and made sure you were comfortable. When the doctor came in before doing anything he’d make sure the patient was numb in the area before proceeding and throughout the process. I would recommend Fayetteville Dental Group to all my family members and friends. Great job!!!!!!

Christopher Davis: Do not use their services. While the care was fine, they started nickel and diming me on fees and would never provide an explanation. I called in November 2024 to ask why I had a charge and was told I would get a call back. I had to submit a complaint through my insurance and still didnt get a clear response. Its now March 2025 and Im still waiting for that call back. I decided to stop going there and cancel my appointments by replying to their email reminder. When that didnt work I called in to cancel and was told that it was cancelled. I just got an email confirming the appointment I cancelled the week before. Youre not going to extort me while hiding behind that piece of paper on the wall.

Amber: First off , anything dentist related somewhat scares me. I saw the movie “ The Dentist” as a child, and lets just say that movie played a role in my paranoia about anything dental related. I had my wisdom teeth removed and I was soooo nervous prior to my appointment. I was mainly nervous about the anesthesia that would cause me to fall asleep because I never had to go under before for any procedure. However, Dr. Collin’s and his staff were extremely sweet. The frost desk lady greeted me with a huge smile and was so polite making me much more comfortable walking into my appointment. The dental assistant came to get me to prep me for my surgery. She was constantly checking in on me to make sure I felt comfortable. Once Dr. Collin’s came in, he greeted me with such an upbeat voice that my nerves slowly went away. He could tell I was nervous about the procedure. I remember talking about my twin daughters, my new relationship, and he was giving me some insight into his family dynamic and what to prepare for with raising teenagers which bought a heart-warming and funny conversation before I suddenly dozed off. I am so thankful I was referred to this office and I will definitely be referring others if they are looking for an amazing dental office.

keisha Sotherland: Lack of communication. I scheduled my appointment for a cleaning, only to find out at the appointment the appointment I was scheduled for a consultation. I was really upset and I decided to give this office another chance. Today I arrive for my cleaning and crown. I was told I needed to pay $522.13 plus $75.00. This was know big deal. The problem is that I called Monday to confirm how much I needed to pay out of pocket. I was told $75.00. This is why I called so that when I came into the office I would not have any problems. Communication is not hard and my schedule is tight. I do not like wasting my time. I just canceled all future appointment due to the lack of communication. Just tell me what I needed to pay when I called. I know this seem minor but communication is not hard.

Jyn R: I just love Dental Traditions. They are so wonderful and kind. They’re office is run so smoothly and I just can’t say enough what a pleasure it is to be patients there. Although more of an adult practice, my husband and myself are patients, my son has been going since he was 4 years old and loves it as well. We just went for his 6 year check up and got sealant on his molars. His hygienist was thoughtful and very considerate and even took time to show him how the sealant worked. I admire that it’s a family practice and other hygienists have been there over 20 years and enjoy working there too. Thank you Dental Traditions for taking such good care of us!
