Pediatric Convenient Care, Leesburg - Leesburg Tanzoria Fluellen: This Pediatric is the best I have experienced in years. Their empathy and compassion for their patients goes beyond words. The Office Staff is very professional and friendly. The wait time was only about 10 minutes…not long at all. The doctor my 2 children saw today was very friendly, patient, and thorough. Dr. Toy made sure he covered all grounds of my concerns. I LOVE THIS PLACE! They are AWESOME!
Aspen Dental - Hinesville, GA - Hinesville Joann Fairchild: In May 2022 I was so excited to get new dentures something my husband and I saved up for. I got the best they had for my upper denture. In my first appointment they also scheduled me for a periodontal cleaning and an extraction. I was given my large bill and paid. I also paid for an electric toothbrush I have never been given. The big day finally came my new dentures were ready. I loved them.. until 3 months later I bit into a soft sandwich and crack.. my teeth split right down the middle. I was horrified. I called and got my dentures sent in to be fixed. I got them a week later and went about my life until 6 months later crack yep broken again so wash and repeat the cycle took them in got them fixed.. I almost made it a year this time before crack… took them in then was told to take them to Savannah office so I did they fixed them the same day. 4 months later same thing.. crack…. Took them in yet again made it 6 months and almost a crack but by now I have started barely chewing to try and keep them in shape I can’t afford another pair. They lasted 4 months this time and then I took them in last week.. I got them back today.. they are super thin, and for the first time ever my dentures do not have my name in them. The front desk lady could not find them at first, and was really not nice to deal with.. she made me feel like I was wasting her time. I get home to switch out my temporary denture for my fixed one. The denture does not fit my mouth one side is larger than the other, I tried denture cushions, and still nope.. I am going to go back tomorrow and see what the next step is but the expensive best of the best dentures should not do this when the cheap temporary denture has never cracked and fits my mouth better than the expensive one. I don’t think it is a bad request to have teeth that work. I am so over this.. So save yourself the trouble and headache and stay away find another dentist for your dentures.
@@@ update I was contacted by the office manager who was very nice on the phone to me, who apologized for what had happened to me, and set up a new appointment to start from scratch and fix my denture, as well as ask me to remove my review, my husband will not let me remove my review until my denture is fixed correctly, I was called a few days later and asked why my review had not been taken down, and I explained my husband said no until the denture was fixed. 2 days before that appointment I was called and told that the office was going to be closed and I needed to reschedule my appointment, I said no problem and rescheduled. That appointment was made for this Thursday. I was just called 5 minutes ago and told the same thing due to the office being closed Thursday morning I would need to reschedule my appointment, I told the very nice lady that I would call back to reschedule. I have not rescheduled yet.. so I am still wearing an old temporary denture while Aspen dentures that do not fit me continue to soak away. Will update as soon as I see them, and once this is fixed I will update or remove this review.
Spinnaker Pediatric Dentistry of Hinesville - Hinesville Katie Campos: I had an appointment scheduled for my 3 year old (this would be her third visit) at her last appointment she was scheduled by the staff before I left for her 6 month follow up appointment. I get a text to confirm her appointment a few days before, as well as a telephone the day of her appointment to confirm. A few minutes later I get a phone call from their office saying they would have to cancel due to "policy" they cannot see anyone under the age of 8 in the afternoon. I told them to please let us come this time at least due to time being taken off of work and schedules rearranged for this appointment (we live an hour away from Hinesville). They refused, and would only reschedule. I was informed by Melissa that their doctor will not see younger patients in the afternoon due to behavior issues with younger kids. ( I have 3 children-mine behave the same all day) I told her that the doctor may can afford to take off from work, but normal people in this economy like us cannot. A whole day of work missed due to their mistake, and they would not budge on their "policy". I have now cancelled any future appointments for my three children and have been in contact with Surfside kids dentistry.
