The women at the front desk all the way to the back are always wonderful and pleasant to speak with and work with. uz2bshya30: Poor communication skills. I took my son in for a “consultation”. We were led to a room where a video was played. Afterwards a man (I guess was the doc because he never introduced himself) walked in and asked, “do you have any questions about the video?” I said no. He walked out and shortly there after a lady with a clipboard walks in to schedule an appointment to remove 4 wisdom teeth. My son and I are sitting there like what just happpend… He did not go over the x-ray, he did not explain options, just “do you have questions over the video?” I guess he was Dr. Clayton but I have no way of knowing since he never identified himself to us which I thought was pretty rude.

The office itself was spotless, and the atmosphere was calm and comfortable. Dr. Lea is very knowledgeable, took the time to explain the procedure in detail, and made sure he was comfortable throughout. We were also happy to learn that he’s retired military, which we really appreciate as we are active duty. Highly recommend this office for anyone needing endodontic care!
