5 /5 Cailyn Hendershot: I love Advent dental. They are always kind, professional, and quick with their services. I have 4 children and they always schedule the kids together to make it easier for me, as well as allow my other child to come to the appointments. They heal my inner childhood trauma when it comes to dentists, my young kids feel safe and we all know they are in great hands! The women at the front desk all the way to the back are always wonderful and pleasant to speak with and work with. They always listen to any concerns, are thorough and have never pointed me in the wrong direction when it came to the care of my children! I appreciate all the staff there who make our experience pleasurable every time. Go Advent Dental!! #1 for us!!

1 /5 Mrs Maney: Dont bring any of your family here, they refused to let me in the back with my AUTISTIC son who Ive gone back with EVERY time and lo and behold the one time Im not allowed back there they worked on three teeth NONE of which was he there for, leaving his broken tooth undone for now over a month and charging me for the WRONG teeth. When called to complain and ask what happened I was told it was my fault for not informing them. Its been in his chart for the last multiple years but Im guessing you dont read those since we were just there on the 27th and told you which tooth it was. When told Id be reporting them to my insurance she said , "do what you want, we already took your money" because I paid out of pocket

1 /5 Mya Dillon: The worst place with the worst customer service and customer experience. Their office is literally always closed for no reason and they never answer any phone calls it’s like they just sit there and watch it ring. I tried to get an appointment in August and was told I could not because they wouldn’t have a dentist for the next two months. When I finally got an appointment it was in February for an exam and I was told the follow-up appointment to get my needed filings was August 2nd, I even wrote it down while making the appointment. I stopped by the office 2 days before my appointment to ask a question and then was told they have me scheduled for August 13th for a cleaning, not fillings???? I received a root canal referral from them in February, they did not send it to the Endodontist until July. It’s like nobody here knows how to or wants to do their job. They can’t even get an appointment date correct and it’s happened to me twice. They don’t communicate and are very unorganized. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this place over the past year. It literally amazes me how terrible this place is, it just needs to be closed down at this point.

1 /5 Tikia Perez: I went in for a tooth extraction and she was rude, insensitive, rushing the procedure because it was her lunch break coming soon and released with no antibiotics after she tried to remove my tooth and it was too painful to me to continue she wrote a script for Ibuprofen and a referral out! I am in excruciating pain from my left inner ear down my jawbone to my chin and out with a swollen left side of my face! I came in leaving way worse than what I came in!!
