Throughout the procedure they both kept the atmosphere pleasant and calm and removed any tense or possible anxiety situations and I couldn’t have been happier with the process itself. During consultation, Dr. Smith expressed confidence and understanding as well as knowledge of the procedure and options and gave her suggestions based on what I was hoping to achieve. This helped solidify my decision to proceed and my results are absolutely amazing! She knew my budget and kept right on target. She was very meticulous and made sure that I was happy with the results. Very very pleased.

The process was very straightforward and professional and the dentist was even kind enough to perform a procedure that was not covered by his insurance for no additional cost. I’m not saying come here with the expectation of free services, I’m just sharing my personal experience. I would recommend this practice to everyone in the community.

Angie Jones: I had a root canal done by Dr. Bishop and even though I was terrified he made me feel as comfortable as possible for someone like me. Everything was well explained and I was kept informed during the whole process as to what was going on. You can tell he is very proficient at what he is doing. The staff is very friendly as well. I pray to never need another root canal but if I did I would go back to Dr. Bishop.

Ally: Very hard to get a hold of. No one answered my calls during the week. I understand being busy, so I left a thorough and detailed voicemail like the line said to. I’m then texted, and asked to text out my reason for calling, again. Even though I said I left the voicemail. I obliged and texted, asking the question three times if they offer any plans if I’m not using dental insurance, and my question was avoided all three times, giving me irrelevant info, on purpose. Instead of answering, they said “reach out if you want to schedule” … I’m kind of confused— I was asking was because I was considering scheduling. I thought my question was valid and to the point. Had to jump over hurdles to get an answer to one question. I don’t like how I was treated at all, unprofessional.

Susanna Rose: This dental office is like a dream come true! For my entire life I have had issues with my teeth, starting as a very young child, when I got all of my teeth capped. It was so traumatic that finding a dentist I could trust, who was truly concerned about the anxiety and need for pain control, was always an ordeal. After moving to Ga. I was desperate to get a knowledgeable dentist. Finally I got the name of Hall Dental, and they got me in quickly. From the receptionists to the dentists -I see Dr Alec Hall- then to Ms. Joan who has been working on a new set of dentures (my first ever), I just can’t thank them enough for their friendliness, expertise, and my first experience in pain free fillings (no novocaine injections?!).There are dentists, surgeons, gp’s, and hospitals that I’ve experienced that leave me angry and in pain, who on top of that don’t care in the least that their services are so poor. This office DOES care.They have an excellent reputation for knowledge and compassion, plus they are always looking for cutting edge technology (no injections!!). You should see this for yourself, and I assure you that you’ll agree.
