Conner Harp: Hygienist Venetta did an amazing job cleaning. She was super nice and constantly checked in on me. She told me about the different health risks involved if you don’t keep your mouth clean. The office is very neat and organized and it gives off a welcome vibe. Everybody is nice and does what they can to make you satisfied.
Ray Shipman: I called and ask if the could quote me a price and they told me over the phone that I would have to make a appointment and come I , I ask if the sale dentures and they said yes but I would have to come in, so my appointment was the next day and I had to drive through heave stop and go traffic for an hour to get to their office and the staff was very friendly and courteous but I hen the dentist came I. To talk with me he would only quote me 30,000. On implants and not offer regular dentures and when I told him I couldn’t afford 30,000. For his implants he dropped me like a hot potato and was done with me , I wish they would have gave me a clue and I would have pass on them and continue looking for a office to sale me a new replacements for my dentures, I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. How ever he did give me a referral, but I’m not too sure I’m going to accept that anything like his company
Lisa Rock: I dreaded finding a new dentist that I could trust. Then, someone recommended Dr. Lee to me. What a pleasant experience! From the front office staff to the hygienists, they were genuinely warm, friendly and caring. Dr. Lee is a true professional. He explains procedures to you beforehand and is very thorough in the care of your teeth. I also brought my daughter to Dr. Lee to improve two front teeth with crowns installed by another dentist in the past. They werent the right shade or shape for her mouth. Dr. Lee did an amazing job getting it right and gave my daughter a beautiful smile. If youre looking for a new dentist for your family, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Dr. Lee and his wonderful staff!
Courtney Rimmer: I knew Depew would be our "home" the minute we walked in their doors. We were welcomed by each person we saw in the lobby. Which is the most amazing thing Ive seen. The theater is always hopping and the giant wall sized pacman game rules!
Shannon was very patient with my daughter during the initial consultation. We loved having the same amazing assistant each time. Jada was patient, encouraging and a delight to see each time. Stella grew to love her so much and looked forward to each visit even through her nerves. Dr. Depew and Dr. Ryan were just amazing, thorough and explained everything and made sure we were comfortable with each decision. I really cannot rave enough about Depew!
Elisha Kennedy: I don’t mind going to the orthodontist but when l know Jess will be the one assisting me for my appointment it always makes coming bet! She is very considerate of how you are feeling throughout the whole process and is sure to make me feel secure.

My family and I, were patients of West Cobb Family Dentistry - Hal Wilson was our dentist for 15 years. As a family we started to noticed a shift in the attitude with the staff and Hal Wilson. It was strange. When the pandemic happened it was apparent they didnt want to service us anymore because we never received any communication regarding getting back on the schedule post pandemic. We were taken aback and didnt know where the attitude was coming from. My husband and I have had several root canals and crowns and each time there were always major problems with the crown and the root canal.
December 2024, I scheduled an appointment to get my crown examined because it was not sealed down properly causing food to get down into the tooth creating a terrible odor. I have complained about this before but was ignored. A root canal was performed and new crown January 2025 and I still have an issue. I scheduled an appointment on March 17, 2025 and express my concerns to Hal Wilson and he didnt seem to care or show concerned at all.
Heres my issues with my new crown:
Cost: My insurance was Billed $$$$. My out of pocket over $800 for a crown that has all of these issues.
1.This crown is extremely BIG and needs adjusting
2. Although a root canal was performed my tooth is very sensitive.
3. Crown feels very high and not aligned with my teeth.
4. When biting down my food slides .
I have spent so much money with this place for Hal Wilson to treat me and my family this way. Extremely disappointed .

Update: It’s been 1 month since I posted this review
We have yet to hear from any office staff members to discuss our concerns listed above. Again, this office lacks great customer service and has definitely lost its personal touch.
