5 /5 Courtney Rimmer: I knew Depew would be our "home" the minute we walked in their doors. We were welcomed by each person we saw in the lobby. Which is the most amazing thing Ive seen. The theater is always hopping and the giant wall sized pacman game rules! Shannon was very patient with my daughter during the initial consultation. We loved having the same amazing assistant each time. Jada was patient, encouraging and a delight to see each time. Stella grew to love her so much and looked forward to each visit even through her nerves. Dr. Depew and Dr. Ryan were just amazing, thorough and explained everything and made sure we were comfortable with each decision. I really cannot rave enough about Depew!

They are enthusiastic about learning how to take care of their teeth! 5 /5 Nikki Moore: My dentist gave me two options to have my braces installed. I called the first company four times and waited days for a reply. (They finally called back the day Depew installed my braces and wanted to set up a consultation). While waiting I called Depew Orthodontics. Someone answered immediately and was so kind and helpful. I was offered a consultation appointment the next day! When I got there I was very impressed with the location, the office, and all the smiling faces at the reception desk that were ready to help me. They greeted me by name and I did not wait long to be seen. Ashton is the absolute best. She gave me a quick tour and explained all the pictures and X-rays that she needed to take. She is definitely the right person to have new clients meet first. I could talk to her all day. They have state of the art equipment so they were able to give me all of my options the same day after taking pictures and X-rays. Dr. Depew is so smart and knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to help me correct years of neglect. He was honest and I did not feel like he was trying to over treat. They were ready to install my top braces the same day!! I opted for the next day so I could get the top and bottom done. They have great payment options for every budget. So I was able to start treatment right away. My dental tech Chloe was amazing and kind. She reassured me that the process to get the braces on would not be painful and it wasn’t. She explained every step before she did it and checked for my comfort level. The best part for me is that each and every person there made me feel comfortable and reassured me. I am an older adult getting braces and I felt very good being there. I have a long journey ahead with Depew and I am excited about that.

5 /5 Elizabeth Bonse: We had such a great experience during my daughters consultation at Depew Orthodontics! All the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. The office has some awesome amenities—especially the “braces bus,” which is so convenient for parents. I was really impressed with the use of technology to show what my daughters future smile could look like—it made everything so much easier to understand. Definitely a 5-star experience from start to finish!

5 /5 Tara Miller-Bristow: My class loved every time Miss Angie or Miss Amitty came to read!! They loved finding out more about orthodontics and the books they read!! I believe my students are more comfortable now about going to the dentist and orthodontist. They also really loved the stickers and were always curious as to the picture on the next sticker!!
