Sandy Murchison Not one star for this Physician and her associate physicians. I have never been as disappointed in a health facility as in the last 2-3 years. When this practice was founded, I personally had the privilege of receiving The Best care and concern. As time has passed, and sadly my Mothers Dr has retired, her care , or Lack Thereof, went to Hades and has basically cost her health and ultimately her life. She is now in hospice care, Thomasville Ga, because when her particular “Dr” constantly ignored reports from her main caregiver who stayed with her at her home, ( me, her daughter, who knew her best ) she is in her last days, minutes, or seconds. Any moment , and with each phone call, we cringe not knowing what the reason could be. Had the “Dr” paid any attention to what my Mother’s reality was, which was being reported at each visit by her Caregiver (24/7) we might have had the blessing of more time with her and her being lucid enough to follow medical orders. ( which did not address the problems sh was having.)This includes her Primary Care Physician, Nephrologist, and Cardiologist. It would be best case that unless one has a common cold, stay away from this practice.

dwana rollins Several doctors practice here. I see Dr. Mary Barfield. She is very good. Friendly, caring, and never in a hurry with you. Very down to earth person. I am very satisfied with her.

johnny mccollum I have been seeing a doctor in this office for years and even recommended them several times. Last night something happened with the muscles in my back. I was in the waiting room at 7am sharp. I was the only person in the waiting room and they said they couldn’t fit me in and said they can see me the next day. What good is a primary care physician if they are not willing to see you when you are obviously in need of a doctor. It’s pathetic they can Squeeze a long time patient in when Nobody else was there!!! I would not recommend them if you need a doctors office that will actually be there when you need them!!!

S H I keep getting emails and text messages to write a review, so Ive finally decided to share my experiences. My family and I, were patients of West Cobb Family Dentistry - Hal Wilson was our dentist for 15 years. As a family we started to noticed a shift in the attitude with the staff and Hal Wilson. It was strange. When the pandemic happened it was apparent they didnt want to service us anymore because we never received any communication regarding getting back on the schedule post pandemic. We were taken aback and didnt know where the attitude was coming from. My husband and I have had several root canals and crowns and each time there were always major problems with the crown and the root canal. December 2024, I scheduled an appointment to get my crown examined because it was not sealed down properly causing food to get down into the tooth creating a terrible odor. I have complained about this before but was ignored. A root canal was performed and new crown January 2025 and I still have an issue. I scheduled an appointment on March 17, 2025 and express my concerns to Hal Wilson and he didnt seem to care or show concerned at all. Heres my issues with my new crown: Cost: My insurance was Billed $$$$. My out of pocket over $800 for a crown that has all of these issues. 1.This crown is extremely BIG and needs adjusting 2. Although a root canal was performed my tooth is very sensitive. 3. Crown feels very high and not aligned with my teeth. 4. When biting down my food slides . I have spent so much money with this place for Hal Wilson to treat me and my family this way. Extremely disappointed . Joey Kendall Mrs.Gene was phenomenal! She is so kind, caring and knowledgeable. She is always happy and always wearing a smile on her face. She goes the extra mile. She is the best! The doctor that gave me my numbing shots was fantastic also. I can’t remember his name, but he is a younger looking gentleman. Great experience!

Caroline King The hygienist was careful and explained what she was doing as she did it. Dr Osborne took great care of me when I had to get a night guard, making sure the guard fit properly even with my challenging bite. Highly recommend!

Leslie Preston This office seems to have all new faces now… everyone is extremely kind and attentive. Dr. Warren is great!! My daughter and I have been coming here for over 5 years now… and I noticed the downhill spiral the last couple of years. Also experiencing cancelled scheduled appointments and lack of courtesy. Our recent visits in the last 6 months were a great experience!! Their new Front desk staff is amazingly kind and efficient. Thank God they listened and replaced all the rotten apples. Just hoping they will sustain at this level of customer servicing.

Melanie I came in this morning for an extraction. Everyone was so nice & helpful. I had such bad anxiety that the doctor kept checking with me to make sure I was okay and couldnt feel anything. Gave me all the information I needed on further extractions recommended. I will definitely be back to take care of the rest of my teeth needing work!

Davis Martin They cant seem to be able to fix my bottom denture after 2 implants they installed are not aligned evenly 6100,00 there taking the wax imprints and when they come back there lopsided Ive been in there office every 2 weeks since the first of the year (for 4 months) I think I need my money back so I can find a average dental lab right one fits

Courtney Rimmer I knew Depew would be our "home" the minute we walked in their doors. We were welcomed by each person we saw in the lobby. Which is the most amazing thing Ive seen. The theater is always hopping and the giant wall sized pacman game rules! Shannon was very patient with my daughter during the initial consultation. We loved having the same amazing assistant each time. Jada was patient, encouraging and a delight to see each time. Stella grew to love her so much and looked forward to each visit even through her nerves. Dr. Depew and Dr. Ryan were just amazing, thorough and explained everything and made sure we were comfortable with each decision. I really cannot rave enough about Depew!

Nikki Moore My dentist gave me two options to have my braces installed. I called the first company four times and waited days for a reply. (They finally called back the day Depew installed my braces and wanted to set up a consultation). While waiting I called Depew Orthodontics. Someone answered immediately and was so kind and helpful. I was offered a consultation appointment the next day! When I got there I was very impressed with the location, the office, and all the smiling faces at the reception desk that were ready to help me. They greeted me by name and I did not wait long to be seen. Ashton is the absolute best. She gave me a quick tour and explained all the pictures and X-rays that she needed to take. She is definitely the right person to have new clients meet first. I could talk to her all day. They have state of the art equipment so they were able to give me all of my options the same day after taking pictures and X-rays. Dr. Depew is so smart and knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to help me correct years of neglect. He was honest and I did not feel like he was trying to over treat. They were ready to install my top braces the same day!! I opted for the next day so I could get the top and bottom done. They have great payment options for every budget. So I was able to start treatment right away. My dental tech Chloe was amazing and kind. She reassured me that the process to get the braces on would not be painful and it wasn’t. She explained every step before she did it and checked for my comfort level. The best part for me is that each and every person there made me feel comfortable and reassured me. I am an older adult getting braces and I felt very good being there. I have a long journey ahead with Depew and I am excited about that.

These people are welcoming, kind, professional, and will not work on your teeth until you are ready and comfortable. I cannot speak more highly of this place. My wait was a bit longer than I would have liked, but I came to fond out that this was due to people calling out/getting sick/going on vacation, and that just means they value the free time of their employees. 10/10

When I had to get my top two wisdom teeth extracted, I was terrified of needles but Dr. Smith has a good bedside manner that made me feel calmer and the extraction went so smoothly! I had recently contacted the emergency phone number since my bottom two wisdom teeth were slightly bothering me but not to the point of an emergency, Dr. Smith still had me come in during closed hours because he cares about each patient and my situation wasnt even a full emergency! Highly recommend him 10/10!

ASHLEY PERKINSON I will never take my child back!! I waited a little over 2 hours. We were literally the last people, when we got there at 2:50pm. I was very patient until I started getting the run around, when I asked what was taking so long and if my child was okay. I told them to bring my child out twice. Kept giving excuses. Then I asked for someone higher. That was NO BETTER!! All she did was try to validate NOTHING!! The first thing she said was the treatment is an hour and a half and that I got there at 3:40pm. I am telling her that’s not true I got there at 2:50pm and it’s 5pm. It ain’t mathing. She wanna keep arguing meanwhile I am asking if I could go back to check on my daughter. She tells me I can’t go back because it is other patients. We the last people ain’t nobody else in the back. And what place do you know that doesn’t allow you to go back WITH A MINOR!!! Before it was a lady that was in the back with her son, walked out to get on the phone, then went back to the back again. Her son looked about 10/11. My daughter is 8 years old.

Sarlani Lim I felt so rushed, I came in with my 4 and 5 year old as new patients. The visit was so short considering my 5 year old supposedly has cavities . I wasn’t told much about it the person explaining it to me probably don’t know much about it… she explained things briefly and right away asked if I had any questions . Marjorie Chasteen I brought my 4-year-old daughter in for a routine cleaning. She had no cavities, no pain, and was completely calm. However, the staff made me feel pressured into agreeing to an X-ray that I didn’t believe was necessary. When I politely declined, the hygienist seemed upset and cold toward us. The dentist briefly came in, confirmed everything looked fine, applied something to her teeth, and left without discussing anything — including the “slight gingivitis” they later documented on a paper without explanation. Then the receptionist made me sign a form saying I refused the X-ray, which felt more like a liability move than real communication. As a parent, I expect respectful treatment and clear, honest conversations — not guilt or pressure. We will not be returning. I’m looking for a dental office that values transparency, supports parents, and puts children’s comfort and health first — not just routine policies or paperwork.

Mark Kolczynski Best decision I could have made was taking my wife’s advice and going to see Dr. Tran. After my initial appointment, to diagnose the issues I was having. Dr. Tran was able to see me a few days later and fix the problems. Dr. Tran is welcoming, very friendly, very knowledgeable and talented at what she does. Anne Crispino I was not impressed with my interaction with Dr. Nguyen. He never even looked in my mouth, even after I expressed concern about sensitivity in a tooth. He pushed me to pay for the cancer screening. The hygienist asked him to take a second look and his response was very unprofessional. I have a history of oral cancer, but Im ten years out, and have no other issues, no changes in the condition of my mouth. And have no observable lesions. He only examined my mouth through the velescope. And said "it looks very bad!" I have scheduled with an oral surgeon, but only for a consultation and to get my records transferred from my previous surgeon in another state. I will continue my search for a dentist.

Ray Shipman I called and ask if the could quote me a price and they told me over the phone that I would have to make a appointment and come I , I ask if the sale dentures and they said yes but I would have to come in, so my appointment was the next day and I had to drive through heave stop and go traffic for an hour to get to their office and the staff was very friendly and courteous but I hen the dentist came I. To talk with me he would only quote me 30,000. On implants and not offer regular dentures and when I told him I couldn’t afford 30,000. For his implants he dropped me like a hot potato and was done with me , I wish they would have gave me a clue and I would have pass on them and continue looking for a office to sale me a new replacements for my dentures, I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. How ever he did give me a referral, but I’m not too sure I’m going to accept that anything like his company

Shay Goad By far the most unorganized and most unprofessional dentistry company ever seen. Most recently, I had an appointment for my daughter rescheduled for the fourth time in a period of two weeks. The first two times were scheduling it back to the first original appt, because they do not communicate with each other. The last two times were to let me know that no one would be there. If that is not bad enough, they wait till the day before to tell you. They are very stern about you arriving on time and will cancel you after 15mins, but you will wait a minimum of an hour past your scheduled time if you are lucky! Also, glad I got a second opinion for my youngest daughter because they were trying to put her in braces with her baby teeth! Not disgruntled by any means, just wanting to help others know what you are walking in to! Thanks!

Grady Clark This was my first visit to Sky Dental. I am a self pay patient and honestly I expected a pushy sales pitch on all the things I needed to have done, and I was on the defense walking in. But the opposite was true. They were professional and up front and honest about was needed and what was not. I was at ease through the whole visit. I highly recommend them, especially if you have had a bad experience with dental care in the past. In my opinion, they raise the standard in dental care and how to make patients feel at ease.

Conner Harp Hygienist Venetta did an amazing job cleaning. She was super nice and constantly checked in on me. She told me about the different health risks involved if you don’t keep your mouth clean. The office is very neat and organized and it gives off a welcome vibe. Everybody is nice and does what they can to make you satisfied.

Kisha Phillips I just left this dental office, which is a complete SCAM. I read the reviews detailing their shiesty practices and was just hoping they wouldnt try and scam me. I could tell from the moment the dentist, Dr. Campos called me back and introduced herself she began her sells pitch. I explained that I was changing dentist because my dentist was out of network and I didnt want to pay more than I needed out of pocket for dental care. I thought this would let her know Im not looking to pay for ridiculous extras. Oh but no, she stuck to the sells pitch. After x-rays and a bacteria test I was told I needed a Deep Cleaning and was recommended for a 3 month cleaning plan. The dentist then tells me someone from benefits will come and explain the plan and my insurance. The benefits lady comes in along with the dentist. The dentist explains her findings to the benefits lady and her recommendations. I couldnt believe I was sitting in here listening to this sells pitch. The dentist leaves and the benefits lady begins to explain how my out of pocket cost would be over $400 for a cleaning. Mind you, this dentist is in-network for me. I stopped her right there and told her how disappointed I was at the lack of integrity displayed in this office. I told her I have never been recommended for a deep cleaning or told I needed to get my teeth cleaned every 3 months. This was an absolute waste of time because I have to take off my job again to go to the dentist to actually get my teeth cleaned. She didnt say I could just get a regular cleaning like my insurance pays for. So, I left. These people should be ashamed of themselves. I dont expect the same treatment I would receive at a car dealership at a place that is supposed to help me take care of my health. Its such a disgrace that you cant even trust medical providers to provide the care that you need rather than trying to make money. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, Board of Dentistry and the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance.

MMJ Run AWAY!!! They will do their very best to try to get you to sign you up for their "Dental Plan". I had to go back and forth, over and over with the young lady at the front desk just to get her to understand that it didnt matter what she was trying to sell, I wasnt buying it. They lure you in with their $59 "New Patient" special. You do X-Rays and the dentist performs an oral exam but she will always (it seems) tell patients that they need every type of cleaning except a general cleaning because that one is the least expensive. The more you spend the more they make, so the dentist will not suggest a general cleaning. If you fall for it, that $59 "New Pt. Special" could end up costing over $100. I refused what they were offering and proceeded with a general cleaning. Now, I went through all of that, only to have my teeth haphazrdly cleaned by Jada Reynolds. What did she do? She didnt clean all of my lower molars on the right and she skipped out on flossing 2 of my upper back left molars. Definitely not returning!
