She really cares about making her patients feel comfortable when we get old, gums are receding and sensitive and she chooses to take the softer approach to bring the stress level to a minimum. I missed seeing Sam and was able to connect more with Melissa and a new staff member Shana. They make you feel like you are family! Oh and Dr Kim is amazing and so knowledgeable regarding dentistry!

Jennifer Wilson: I’ve taken my kids here since they were 2 and we have never had a bad experience. Everyone from the front desk staff, X-ray, Hygienists, Dentists and anyone else have always been friendly, and nice. Today, Debbie was their hygienist and she was so personable and kind. I love the way she communicated with my children and it made me feel good as a mom when she complimented their behavior and how polite they were. And when she told them they had great teeth, their smiles said it all. Again, all of the staff today were so nice and, the environment is always so inviting and kid friendly (as a pediatric dentistry should be) I just can’t say enough about how much we love coming here.

Hilda Mensah: My sad story with a happy ending. I had an injury when I was a kid. It was overlooked. And When I came the states. I was very optimistic that I will be able to solve my problem. I have spent money from one dentist to the other. I was even sent to Emory, where I was used as a case study. I got feed up. I ended up with one dentist for over 10 years just doing cleaning and the Doctor kept saying everything was okay until, he went on retirement. I was left with my fate. Two weeks ago, I just booked and appointment with Aspen Dental. Divine sent me there. I did my Xray and was told my problem with the solution. Oh Lord. I agreed and the procedure began. I have adopted Dr Katsnelson as my son. Dr Nyugen. She held my hands throughout the procedure. and Kelly, she was so caring and was just using those comforting words throughout the procedure. There is an elderly lady there called Omega, when my mouth was numbed and could not control my tongue, she came in the room and told me funny stories that made me clam down. There is a Muslim nurse, I did not pick her name. These people work as a team. Very professorial, timing and accurate. At a time. I thought I will live the rest of my life with my situation. They only did not treat me but gave me joy. I gave up on American Dentist, unit I met this team. God bless you

Sammy N: Total waste of time. Booked an appointment for an emergency extraction. Arrived at the clinic only to be informed my name is not on the list. Had spoken to the lady at the front desk for 10mins making enquiries. They even called me back to confirm theyd be able to accomodate me. Then turn around and say they dont find my name after i show up. I repeat, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.!!! Incase you book an appointment, be sure to call the incompetent front desk lady before you make the trip just to be sure you have a slotted time!
