1 /5 Gizel C: If I could leave zero stars I would. Maybe having haley at your front desk isn’t the best ide. She handles your scheduling but waited until 7:45 am for an appointment at 11 am via voicemail to advise me the doctor is unable to see us. When asked if there was any alternate solution I was offered to come another day. Haley also claims that after arriving to this appointment being I missed the call that that she called and left a voicemail Thursday upon checking my device the only missed call from your office or voicemail was the day of appointment. While trying to figure out why I was informed so late Haley was one very loud while addressing me, speaking over me and quite frankly rude. When asked for a manger she advised me one isn’t available, a doctor isn’t available there is no one else I can speak with. Very loud, very rude. Her coworker later says I can speak with a manager on the way out. If you’re going to have someone at your front desk, maybe train them on conflicts and how to gently handle your paying patients. Or consider another position for her that isn’t people facing.
