Chevrolet of Canton Service - Canton Summon Lay: I visited the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation, which was completed satisfactorily. However, on my drive home, the tire warning light came on. I checked to see if I had a flat tire and did not find any issue. When I attempted to check the tire pressure using the dashboard display, it was blank. I then went to the nearest tire shop, which was Mavis, where they inspected my tires and sensors. I was informed that the sensors were faulty and had all four replaced.
When they returned my vehicle, it would not start. Upon opening the hood, they discovered that the battery was corroded. I am frustrated because, when I left the Chevrolet dealership, I was told that my battery was in good condition. The oil change sticker in my vehicle indicates that the battery health is in the green. If the dealership had truly checked my battery, they would have noticed the corrosion. Leaving the dealership with a potentially compromised and corroded battery has put me in a dangerous situation.
This is the worst service I have received from Chevrolet of Canton. I will be advising others to consider alternative service providers.
