5 /5 Britney Heath: Dr. Castillo and all the staff go above and beyond what their job description calls for. I’ve always been anxious when it came to matters of my teeth/mouth. They do their best to put me at ease. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I woke up one morning with what I thought was a toothache, called them, they could squeeze me in for an exam and X-rays, but I had my children and didn’t have time to find other arrangements for them. So Serena insisted I still come and she held my 9month old and sat with my 9 and 4 yo in the room next to me while I had my X-rays done. They’re wonderful.

1 /5 Primal Truths: My wife went here a few years ago for a filling and it ended up giving her trouble after the tooth was filled. Shes not a huge fan of dentists, she has really bad anxiety, and when she went in for a second visit Dr Castillo told her it wasnt the filling giving her trouble, it was her teeth. A few years later she just decided to get it pulled because she still could not chew with that tooth and it turns out there was an infection in the bone. Very unprofessional to blame the patient who is already anxious. 0/10 recommend.

C Mary (Seasoned Grits): Thankful for a DG in the community. Just wish it was one of the larger ones that has fresh produce, since there is no local grocery store. Most problems are at the checkout. You either have a long line or you have to call someone to the register. They very seldom hand you a receipt. They immediately toss them in the trash. Just because one person doesnt want a receipt doesnt mean others dont. I like to check mine! Beware of some cashiers. They literally double charge older people. When verifying your age, they shouldnt SCAN your DL. Proof of age is all they legally need. They also have a stock problem and shelf prices need updating.

Tianna Wilson: I worked with Kayla at the front desk to sort out an insurance mix up, Dr. Mackay did my procedure and the dental assistant was Stacy. They were so incredibly kind and patient. As someone with a lot of dental anxiety, they did a phenomenal job making me feel comfortable. They were able to restore a tooth a different dentist wanted to just pull, and Im so very grateful for all their combined efforts. I would definitely come here again!

Despite this, I am currently seeking dental care elsewhere after several years, though those words still resonate with me.

jennell murphy: What a joke. Scam. Doctor either doesn’t know anything or gets serious commission from the local ambulance. My daughter had a fever, I figured it was flu, I just needed a dr note and a diagnosis. This lady insisted 6 times I needed an ambulance to rush her to the hospital bc she was severely dehydrated and could have a bladder infection. Even did an EKG to try to prove I needed an ambulance. She needed pedialyte And a nap. She’s fine. She hadn’t even had a fever for 24 hours.
