Mike Haynie Doctors Beth and Vasco Lowery are great dentists, but of equal importance, they truly care about their patients. The same can also be said for their top notch staff. While no one really looks forward to going to the dentist, Lowery Dental makes it about as comfortable as it gets.

Amy Ginn First class service all the way. From the moment I walked in everyone was so nice and kind. From Shayna at the front desk, to Amy and Dr. Beth who treated me, they are all so professional and great at their jobs. I was impressed by the high tech equipment used on me that I haven’t seen before. It seemed to make the procedure quicker and simpler. They made my dental visit a very pleasant experience.

A Ord I have had a regular dentist in town that I’ve seen when needed, for many years. I had gone to my normal dentist twice with the same complaint over a span of several years. Both times I was told they could not see what was causing my complaint. After doing a web search for a local dentist, I made an appointment with Toccoa Falls Family Dental And Implant Center. Now, I have a new regular dentist! Not only did Dr. Matt St. George, find the cause of my complaint, he identified it as a broken molar! I made a subsequent appointment a week later and the problem was remedied. I’ve been so impressed with him and the ladies in the office! There is just such a good vibe there. The ladies go out of their way to be kind and friendly; they are so professional and really put you at ease. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Jess our coordinator was such a lovely person and walked my daughter and I through the process. Making sure she was included along the way. At the end of the day my daughter smile and the enjoy she had was priceless, do not regret my decision on bringing my daughter here.

Kruger Regina (Inspired Liquids) The office was clean, beautiful and all the staff has been friendly. Jamie was great at making my son and myself feel welcome and do a great job with X-rays and cleaning. She explained everything and was patient. Both her and Dr Liz Will were very informative and friendly.

Jim Button I recently broke a porcelain crown, leaving a sharp edge that was very painful against my tongue. Dr. Will worked me in on short notice and carefully repaired the crown, removing the sharp edge. She said the tooth was still sealed and there was no reason to replace the crown unless it caused me problems later on. I had expected to leave the office with a temporary crown, a numb jaw and a sizable bill due for a new crown to be made. I believe this would have been the case with any other dentist in town. I was a loyal patient of Dr. Rex Patterson and his staff for more than 20 years. Even though there are still many familiar faces in the office, I was somewhat skeptical of the new couple taking over his practice at the beginning of this year. Not any more. Dr. Will won me over in one visit. I was impressed by her professional ethics and practical approach to my problem, when a different solution would have benefited the bottom line. I will undoubtedly need to replace the crown at some point in the future, and I’ll look to Dr. Will to do the work. I’m sold on the “new” Toccoa Family Dentistry.

Kyle Cross Hands down the best dentist. The staff is incredible and extremely helpful. I’ve always had horrible anxiety with any dentist. This is the first office I’ve truly felt comfortable at. It’s such a warm and welcoming environment. All of my questions and concerns are always met with sincerity. My first visit,the nurse literally held my hand. There aren’t enough kind words to express how wonderful this practice is.

Chris Williams Dr. Sam and staff are AWESOME!!! Im not sure about the user that had a bad experience with insurance and billing, but they were great with me. I had an extraction that my insurance didnt cover and they were super easy to work with, even though I moved and lost touch with the office. When I needed another extraction they scheduled me the same day to see Dr. Sam to get the abscess under control. Unfortunately I got a dry socket after the extraction, due to the fact that Im a smoker. When I called to tell the staff about it, they got me in the same day to make sure I was taken care of. The only thing I wish Dr. Sam could do differently is accept Well-care. If he did, his office would be the only dentist that my wife and 3 children would use. Now I am a cash customer with no dental insurance so I really have to make sure Im getting the best care at the best price. When I had the dry socket and had to come in for a follow up exam, Dr. Sam didnt even charge me. Ive been in for several exams and extractions over the last two years, and have several fillings coming up in the future. Dr. Sams has always been the most affordable, flexible, and accommodating practice to my financial situation, and his staff are the most compassionate and professional people you could ever want to deal with. One last note, the men and women that work with Dr. Sam are a unique group of people. From the moment you sit down in the waiting room, you can tell that everybody is on the same page as a team and that there is a tremendous amount of harmony within the office. I also love that Dr. Sams office is proudly Christian and that his staff not only exemplify professionalism, but the compassion that the Word of God teaches Its followers to convey. As you can tell, I cant say enough positive things about Dr. Sam Castillo dentistry, so Ill just recommend you go see them for yourself!

Dustin Neal Great place! Definitely recommend! A couple of weeks ago my wisdom tooth started hurting really bad out of nowhere. The pain was so unbearable that I couldnt do much of anything but take tylenol. Since I didnt have dental insurance and wasnt established with a dentist, I was looking for someone I felt comfortable with. After looking around online near me, I found Dr. Thomas Twilley online, and then a couple people recommended him to me. I called him and managed to get an appointment almost right away. Dr. Twilley and his entire staff were extremely welcoming and made me feel at home. After examining my tooth thoroughly and doing an X-Ray, Dr. Twilley recommended pulling it since it was broken and had an abscess and was a wisdom tooth really far back. I am truly grateful for the work that he and his dental assistant did. Both of them were very thorough, explained every question I had, and ensured that I didnt feel any pain during the extraction. I will never go anywhere else! I believe Dr. Twilley truly cares about his job and patients, and I would recommend him to anyone who wants a trustworthy dentist.

Rick Gibat Like most people I am hesitant about visiting dentists, but, Dr Patterson and his staff are amazing. Needed a crown and cavity done. Explained what they were going to do and put my concerns to ease throughout the process. They were great. I do recommend Dr Patterson for you dental needs and keep you smiling.

Larry Rayford WARNING DONT GO THERE EVER!!!! I went there in March and needed a crown. They said they wouldnt do the procedure until insurance approved payment. Said takes about 4 weeks. I got the approval 3 weeks later called back with now an emergency and in 911 pain. And was told to go somewhere else and refused to see me even with an emergency visit. Said they werent opening not even for emergencies but other dentist were. The really sad part is they want to make sure they collect the money to pay for that fancy office vs caring for patients. And were very unprofessional calling me back 4 days later. I had to leave multiple messages to get a return call. Meanwhile I am still suffering in pain until I can get in somewhere else.

Stephanie Grant Provides wonderful care. They have employees who actually care. Unlike other places, they take their time and make sure you’re okay during procedures and afterwards. Best doctors and staff around. Highly recommend!

l spencer usually I have a decent experience here. The staff that used to be there were friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the comfortability of patients. This time however was not so great. The receptionist was very rude and condescending toward me. She had an attitude every time she spoke to me. She talked about my information out loud and assumed I didn’t have insurance without even asking me any questions at all. She was rude when taking my temperature (after I had already been there 15 minutes) and even told an employee I didn’t have a mask on even though I put it on before walking in. She seemed a lot more interest helping others on the phone. It was interesting because her persona over the phone was very different from how she treated me. Maybe she was just having a bad day but it still made me very uncomfortable and anxious. Would NOT recommend any health care location in Toccoa, Georgia.

Grace Sertain Just plain out rude people. I call to see if they could help me with my medical issues. So I tell them whats going on with me and they said yes they could. Then I go to get the paper work to fill it out and they tell me they cant help me. And they where rude to me. Just hateful people. After that talk with them I wouldnt let them people touch me a 10 foot pole attached to another 10 foot pole!!! Dont go to them. They are mean people acting like they got sticks up there butts.

Lisa Adams Open arms is a great place with amazing people to help you. They go above and beyond to find the healthcare you need. They are very patient and involved in your needs. Also they are only open Tuesday from 2pm -8pm. On Thursday they are open from 9am-5pm. They are closed all other days and are not open 24 hours on Fridays.

Britney Heath Dr. Castillo and all the staff go above and beyond what their job description calls for. I’ve always been anxious when it came to matters of my teeth/mouth. They do their best to put me at ease. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I woke up one morning with what I thought was a toothache, called them, they could squeeze me in for an exam and X-rays, but I had my children and didn’t have time to find other arrangements for them. So Serena insisted I still come and she held my 9month old and sat with my 9 and 4 yo in the room next to me while I had my X-rays done. They’re wonderful.

Primal Truths My wife went here a few years ago for a filling and it ended up giving her trouble after the tooth was filled. Shes not a huge fan of dentists, she has really bad anxiety, and when she went in for a second visit Dr Castillo told her it wasnt the filling giving her trouble, it was her teeth. A few years later she just decided to get it pulled because she still could not chew with that tooth and it turns out there was an infection in the bone. Very unprofessional to blame the patient who is already anxious. 0/10 recommend.
