5 /5 James Black jr: My wife needed an urgent root canal. She has total joints and at risk if this tooth were to abscess. The pain started about 5 days before we were to go on a trip for 12 days. When we return, she has jury duty. She saw the dentist on Wednesday and he ordered images at another office. We heard nothing on Wednesday, Thursday so she called on Friday. Both of the local Endodontics offices were closed on Friday. The dentist offered to do this possibly on Wednesday, before we were to leave on Thursday, but wasnt sure he could do this without seeing the x-rays on Wednesday morning. Alternately he mentioned antibiotics for 3 weeks until he could do this when we return. His office said we could call around and see who might work us in if we didnt want to wait 3 weeks. . We called Cartersville Endodontics Monday and they were very understanding and we did online paperwork on Monday and they worked her into their schedule the next day on Tuesday at 7:15. We went by and got the panoramic images placed on a usb drive for them to review. The procedure went well. All the staff was cheerful and helpful. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I didn’t require a root canal, but a crown was causing irritation at the root and they were able to help adjust my bite so it would no longer hurt. I really appreciated the fix and they didn’t even charge me for it. I have had a root canal done there and it was completely painless. Would highly recommend!

5 /5 Todd Stanton: First visit for a root canal. Office is modern and appealing. Desk staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Wong (sp?) and his assistant made me comfortable, explained the process, and answered all my questions. I’ve had root canals before and this doctor is far more competent. Perfectly numbed — not to much, not too little. Great experience, definitely recommend.

ASHLEY PERKINSON: I will never take my child back!! I waited a little over 2 hours. We were literally the last people, when we got there at 2:50pm. I was very patient until I started getting the run around, when I asked what was taking so long and if my child was okay. I told them to bring my child out twice. Kept giving excuses. Then I asked for someone higher. That was NO BETTER!! All she did was try to validate NOTHING!! The first thing she said was the treatment is an hour and a half and that I got there at 3:40pm. I am telling her that’s not true I got there at 2:50pm and it’s 5pm. It ain’t mathing. She wanna keep arguing meanwhile I am asking if I could go back to check on my daughter. She tells me I can’t go back because it is other patients. We the last people ain’t nobody else in the back. And what place do you know that doesn’t allow you to go back WITH A MINOR!!! Before it was a lady that was in the back with her son, walked out to get on the phone, then went back to the back again. Her son looked about 10/11. My daughter is 8 years old.

When I had to get my top two wisdom teeth extracted, I was terrified of needles but Dr. Smith has a good bedside manner that made me feel calmer and the extraction went so smoothly! I had recently contacted the emergency phone number since my bottom two wisdom teeth were slightly bothering me but not to the point of an emergency, Dr. Smith still had me come in during closed hours because he cares about each patient and my situation wasnt even a full emergency! Highly recommend him 10/10!

My daughter and I have been coming here for over 5 years now… and I noticed the downhill spiral the last couple of years. Also experiencing cancelled scheduled appointments and lack of courtesy. Our recent visits in the last 6 months were a great experience!! Their new Front desk staff is amazingly kind and efficient. Thank God they listened and replaced all the rotten apples. Just hoping they will sustain at this level of customer servicing.
