mike layton First time here. Friendly staff, awesome environment, high-tech equipment, and comfortable exam chair. You have got to make this place the only dentist you ever see. Front door parking as well. The dentist is simply amazing. Very courteous and easy to talk with are just two of her many attributes. The office design and decor will blow you away. So nicely done. Easy access from the road and main floor access, and they treated me like a friend!

Robyn Smietan Brookpointe Dental is the BEST! I recently moved to GA and am quite the "dental chicken". I had the same dental office in CA for 28 years, where they knew me and how to keep me from freaking out. Dr. Duncan and all of the staff have been spectacular! I already feel like part of their family. They really take the time to answer all of my questions, make sure I dont have any surprises and feel completely comfortable the whole time Im there. Welcomed in the door, polite helpful office staff helped assist me with paperwork . Nice location and a beautiful office. Friendly gentleman took my x-rays and a lovely hygienist cleaned my teeth. What a terrific feeling to walk out the door with clean and sparkly teeth! Dentist was helpful and informative. I am set up for my next 6 months check up! Highly recommend these people and this office. My favorite surprise was the television on the ceiling so you can actually enjoy Chip and Joanna Gaines while youre prone and getting your choppers sparkled up. Kudos to them!

Lisa Rock I dreaded finding a new dentist that I could trust. Then, someone recommended Dr. Lee to me. What a pleasant experience! From the front office staff to the hygienists, they were genuinely warm, friendly and caring. Dr. Lee is a true professional. He explains procedures to you beforehand and is very thorough in the care of your teeth. I also brought my daughter to Dr. Lee to improve two front teeth with crowns installed by another dentist in the past. They werent the right shade or shape for her mouth. Dr. Lee did an amazing job getting it right and gave my daughter a beautiful smile. If youre looking for a new dentist for your family, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Dr. Lee and his wonderful staff!

James Black jr My wife needed an urgent root canal. She has total joints and at risk if this tooth were to abscess. The pain started about 5 days before we were to go on a trip for 12 days. When we return, she has jury duty. She saw the dentist on Wednesday and he ordered images at another office. We heard nothing on Wednesday, Thursday so she called on Friday. Both of the local Endodontics offices were closed on Friday. The dentist offered to do this possibly on Wednesday, before we were to leave on Thursday, but wasnt sure he could do this without seeing the x-rays on Wednesday morning. Alternately he mentioned antibiotics for 3 weeks until he could do this when we return. His office said we could call around and see who might work us in if we didnt want to wait 3 weeks. . We called Cartersville Endodontics Monday and they were very understanding and we did online paperwork on Monday and they worked her into their schedule the next day on Tuesday at 7:15. We went by and got the panoramic images placed on a usb drive for them to review. The procedure went well. All the staff was cheerful and helpful. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Kevin Tant They saw me as scheduled and performed a consultation as requested. I didn’t require a root canal, but a crown was causing irritation at the root and they were able to help adjust my bite so it would no longer hurt. I really appreciated the fix and they didn’t even charge me for it. I have had a root canal done there and it was completely painless. Would highly recommend!

Cohen Wilbanks I grew up in a dentist office and I believe Any dentist claiming that someone with good oral hygiene has 12 cavities, is scamming you. I’m not sure what kind of operation is being ran here but it’s not ethical. On top of that, getting your own x-rays shouldn’t take over 5 months but here we are. BE CAREFUL GOING HERE. THEY CARE ABOUT $, NOT YOUR MOUTH.

Kristina Garlinghouse I had an appointment to get a filling and they did a great job! They are located on Main Street and they are very friendly people there! They go out of their way to make you feel at home while getting your teeth worked on! Very professional as well! I highly recommend them!

Melissa Gunther Dr. Conti is wonderful! She helped give both of my children beautiful smiles. We’ve been seeing her for over 10 years now. After a couple of years, my son’s teeth shifted a little even though he wears his retainer religiously, and she put braces back on him and got them looking great again. We continue to go for retainer checks every once in awhile. Seriously, top notch orthodontist and incredibly sweet. Tara up in the front is great too! Christin Hutchins Such a great place for kids/ young adults. Our son is a patient there and is sooo close to having his braces taken off. It’s not for lack of the staff trying. It’s teenage will and making sure he keeps his bands on. Their communication is excellent and the staff is all so nice. Their office staff is friendly and personable and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It makes a wonderful first impression! I had an emergency with a very old permanent retainer that popped off, and they were the only place in town that returned my call. I was able to get in so quickly! They took care of the issue so speedily and effectively, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! I doubt I will need them in the future because the service was executed so well but, if I do, they will be my first call.

jason thurman I CAN NOT say enough nice things about this place. I love love love it here !!!! Dr tumlin is one of the most genuinely nice and caring Drs Ive visited in a looong time. The entire staff is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and the prices are absolutely unbeatable...where else can you have an extraction done for 130$ ...nowhere lol and not only that but Dr tumlin took the extra time to do a few extra things to ensure I was leaving with the best possible smile at no extra cost the me. I will absolutely never ever go to another dentist ever !!
