The place is clean and beautiful and they definitely know what they are doing. She even walked her to my car to make sure that it was me picking her up and getting home safe. Orange: I along with someone else gave this salon multiple chances. The first time, they had my mom in for 7+ hours for a hairstyle that I could’ve did and I’m not a hairstylist. The time I came in, I was in for about 6+ hours and ms. Pat was late by about 30 min. I gave it a 3rd try when I had my appointment booked 2 weeks in advance. I get there for my 9a appointment and the doors were locked and no one answered my numerous phone calls. I wait until about 9:15 and see the door was still locked...confused, I check the hours and it says they open at 8a? I call two more times and just give up and go home. I would have liked a phone call if something came up but I’ve just given up on this salon.
