5 /5 Karen MacDonald: While on vacation our van broke down on the afternoon of July 4th. Immediately we took to our phones searching for help. Obviously every mechanic shop we called was already closed for the holiday. Mr. Brown called me back and we were able to get the van to him. Our cabin was 45 minutes away and we had no luck with Uber. He took our family of 5 back to our cabin. He worked that evening and had our van repaired by 7:15 the next morning so we could enjoy our last day of vacation. Browns automotive went waaaay above and beyond to help us while over 400 miles from home. What a blessing!

Trammell Tire Pros - Dahlonega

C Bird: My son is in grad school at UNG and needed brakes. Since we live several hours away, we asked locally for recommendations and Trammell was mentioned several times. We werent sure if car needed pads only or pads and brakes, but my husband advised to do what was needed after getting quote for both. He received a call within 10 minutes of appointment time stating back brakes looked great so only front brakes needed replaced. That honesty is hard to find nowadays so we were very appreciative. We were impressed from the first phone call, to promptness of appointment time and professional and friendly customer service. We would highly recommended Trammel and will use them again in the future.

He replaced the carrier bearing on the driveshaft, did a full tune up, new brakes, new air filter and changed all the fluids. Over the years, he has been honest and trustworthy. On time, every time! He calls, shows up when he says he will, and is fair on everything he’s done. He worked on our Tritoon last year replacing a starter and he’s coming back Friday to replace the impeller and do a service to get us warm weather ready! I can’t say enough good things about this guy. He works hard and helps many neighbors with their vehicles and boats too! Top notch! 10/10 would recommend.

I dont believe they take appointments, but we got there when they opened and was able to get right in. Tanner was very pleasant and his prices were very responsible. I find him to be an honest automotive mechanic and appreciate his quality of work. My husband took my moms truck in recently to get looked at. There was a loose wire which he tighten for her. I dont know what was discussed about the truck, but he didnt even charge her to tighten the wire. I appreciate how he went above and beyond. I highly recommend him

FTK: Needed a tow and called AAA, they didnt have a single company to tow me. Called my insurance roadside assistance and they told me it would be 4-5 hours before they had someone. I called Hardin and they had a truck to me in under 25 minutes. My truck was in a bad position but he had the right equipment to get my truck loaded safely and fast. Great service.
