From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, which really helped ease my son’s nerves. I mentioned that I was concerned he might have cavities, and they were kind enough to schedule him in quickly. The staff was incredibly gentle, patient, and explained everything in a way that made my son feel comfortable and even excited about taking care of his teeth. I truly appreciate the care and attention we received. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Jimmy Washington: I was introduced/ greeted by the staff. Well trained and friendly staff. I was explained about everything during my appointment. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Appointment was at 7 am and I was seen on time. I would recommend Braswell Family Dentistry to everyone. This is the best Dental Office in the area. They definitely will get my business for now on.

The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel at home. Dr. Braswell is not only knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain procedures and answer all my questions. She genuinely cares about her patients and went above and beyond to ensure comfort during appointments. I also appreciated how the staff made sure that everything went smoothly, from scheduling to follow-up care. The assistant who cleaned my son’s teeth was phenomenal. The office is clean and well-organized, which adds to the overall great experience. I highly recommend her and her fantastic team to anyone looking for a new dentist. 1 /5 Lakisha Davis: Im disappointed in the service or should I say the lack of service that I received from 2 weeks ago as a new patient I spoke to someone named Angel. She set me up for an appointment for June 19th. I was OK with that, but I also asked if I could be put on the cancellation list; so a week goes by and I decided to call and luckily an appointment was available later that day I completed all new patient paperwork via website. I received a call from Angel stating that because I had back surgery I would need clearance letter from my doctor; because based off of our conversation it was her personal opinion that I get this doctors note. I reached out to my doctor as well as she did to get this clearance letter. I spoke to Angel last Thursday with a Im gonna have this document reviewed and Ill get back to you. Never heard from her from that Thursday so I said OK maybe shell call me Friday. I called Friday the office is closed because no one answered the phone called on yesterday morning, because I still hadnt heard from Angel or anyone from the office in reference to my clearance and Spoke with a young lady who said that she would give my message to Angel. This young lady did not confirm with me my name nor my phone number, but she because she abruptly hung up on me. If this is how you guys are doing business then Im glad I have not had a chance to sit in your chair unfortunately instead of me driving to your office, which is six minutes to my house. I now have to drive 25 minutes away to Warner Robins to see a dentist. I truly believe things happen for a reason and this is my testimony to that..

5 /5 Laura Long: Best dentist I have ever had in my 50 years on earth. Dr Braswell and her team are very caring, professional, and knowledgeable in very aspect of their patients care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing dental work.
