5 /5 John Harrington: Never thought I would be able to say I was pleasantly surprised by a dentist office.. But these ladies were FANTASTIC! I was sweating thinking about shots in my gums.. When I tell you I didnt feel a thing.. I mean NOT ONE THING. I was laughing because how freaked out I was but they numb you up perfectly and do their thing. Dr Koch and the Assistant (Im sorry I forgot your name) were both super nice.. I have already referred my colleague there. Shots and a filling and it was a piece of cake! Highly recommend.

The back office staff were friendly and got me seen quickly and best part no pain. Dr Crossley explained everything and took very good care of my tooth. Everyone was so nice and professional would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. Great job!!!

Dr Koch made sure I felt no pain. They gave breaks as needed. I am very satisfied with their work and looking forward to my next appointment in a few weeks.

Maria Combess: I can not express more,how thankful I am for Docter Shelton and his beautiful staff!! I was in immense pain I can’t even describe! I called all around the area being turned away every time. Not accepting new patients!!!!I am in tears with the most pain I have ever felt!! Crying at this time,finally Dr Sheltons office accepted me!! His office called me back after getting my records from SC.. It was Friday and nothing could be done , but make me comfortable and this office was full of kindness and compassion.. please excuse my memory of all the names of the sweet caring staff!! They were just my angels!!! Docter Shelton saw through the 3 d photography of my immense pain .. my nightmare !! An absess ! Major huge!! Nothing could be done at this time , but make me comfortable.. Docter Shelton took away the pain and prescribed the pain meds to get me through the weekend.. tooth needs to be removed due to a root,not noticed years ago,so the root canal was incomplete.. It was way in the back so I agreed. My teeth are very important to me as anyone else,but many years of braces and not to mention a huge investment . At this time I was crying, because I was so grateful!! The angel on the phone( so sorry to forget all your beautiful names)all I can say is my angels at Docter Shelton’s office!! She recommended care card, because I did not have the funds for this! It was perfect! I made it through the weekend with all the pain meds I would not have survived ,seriously!! So grateful That Monday the angels set up my appointment fast!! For tooth to be removed by Docter Tom K. Szakal in Warner Robins. In which I will post review there!! He was amazing too!! My nightmare turned into great relief and I have found my dentist here for sure!! I highly recommend Docter Sheltons office with all his amazing angels!! I can not say thank you enough!! From the bottom of my heart Thank you so very much !! You turned my painful experience into a smile!!

Kind Women: The staff in the Macon location are excellent, especially the Doctor. She is very good with kids. I have a child with special needs. He dreads going to the dentist just like the majority of us. He sometimes get anxiety, and overstimulated but they are very patient, thorough and understanding towards him. They always calls after any major work to make sure my son is still doing okay. We’ve been going there for years and don’t plan on going anywhere else. Keep up the great work.

Sarah Martin: I have been seeing Dr Sumrall for 40 years this fall, and I dont trust anyone else. I had insurance through my parents for 11 years, but have been self pay for the other 29 years. Dr Sumrall has ALWAYS done everything he could to help me keep the price down, but several years ago the work I needed just piled up. I had to bite the bullet and go to a clinic that utilized volunteer dentists at a STEEP discount. Unfortunately, I didnt realize that they had no interest in restoring my teeth , and only intended to pull teeth. It was stressful and excruciating, and left me with very little to work with. I made a consultation appointment, we worked up a plan, and they got me started immediately! I wish I could find a primary Dr that was even close to being as dedicated as Dr Sumrall, who really listens, and is passionate about the care he gives his patients.Tia is amazing at every role in the building,and an absolute Godsend! Leslie is also very compassionate, and makes sure she explains everything thoroughly. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond, and I am so very grateful for them! After my ordeal at the Discount Dentist Mart, I had extreme anxiety, and I had a mini-meltdown, and Dr Sumrall asked if he could pray with me on my health! I have had 10 baby teeth pulled, have had a root canal, and countless temporary crowns, fillings, etc. in his office over 40 years, and I have NEVER been afraid to go, or that it will hurt.....my anxiety came when I went somewhere else! There are not enough words for how amazing this group of people are, which is very clear after seeing 637 5 star reviews, and not ONE negative review. If youre trying to find a dentist, you will NOT find a better place to be!
