2 /5 Tiffany S: Horrible experience...I came in to get a fill and pedicure. The woman started on my pedicure and I told her I wanted my nails cut, she then “acts” like she is cutting my nails when I asked to see the clippers so that I could cut them instead AFTER telling her twice that she wasn’t cutting anything. I then ask her was there someone else that could do my pedicure, she then acted like she shook her head no. She then goes over my toes with the cuticle cutters and cuts little chunks of skin out of about three of my toes. When the “pedicure” was over, I asked the woman that sits at the front desk (she was doing another woman’s pedicure beside me) if she could do my fill because I was terrified that the pedicure lady would mess up my fingers as well. She told me yes. When the time comes she starts on my nails by taking the color off and then tells me that the man at the end would finish my nails for me because a woman who had an appointment just showed up late for the appointment and she was going to take her because she had somewhere to be...WOW. She told me to wait for the man and that it would be only 10 mins. It ended up being 30 mins because he already had a customer at his table. When he was done with my nails, I had to come home and file and round my nails because he left them so sharp that you could cut someone’s skin. I used to come to this location 2 years ago when I was here for school and they did a good job, but NOW! I will never come back.
