Sam Johnson I know this shop and the other is owned by the same people but this one has moved faster than the other shop. Julie is sweet her work just isn’t consistent the first time she did my nails they were great this time not so much my French is looking bad already after 5 days. The young man who sits next to her did a much better job on French quality

peggy reichardt I have been to this nail salon 5 times only because it is close by but today was the last. It does not matter if you make an appointment because they put walk-ins ahead of you. When asked why, I was told, “you should make appointment”…. WHAT?! I had appointments !! Today, I waited 45 minutes while 3 walk-ins went ahead of me….. DONE !!!! Women at front desk are truly rude, too. Horrible customer service and mediocre abilities . Also, each time I had the same services done, the prices were different

Serese Stallworth These folks will never get another dollar from me. Would not do my grandbaby toes. She was 6 and always get them done at Montgomery shop. They acted like our money wasnt good enough. I never forget when Im treated wrong. I never plan on using these people again. They dont fit me. Now alot of people love them. They do good jobs but they messed up with me and my grandbaby.

Cheyenne Hartley Henry did my pedicure & it was fantastic! The salon is impeccably clean & service was great! Greeted immediately & sat for my appointment, started right away even though I was early! Henry was gentle and kind. I let him know I was ticklish and I didn’t have any discomfort. Will be back! $63 French gel deluxe pedicure (before tip)

Mary McCall Great Spa Experience for my daughter and myself. She got a Spa pedicure and gel nails and I also had the Spa pedicure and it was so amazing. They were putting me to sleep with the hot stone massage! We will definitely be back!!!

Trish Hallman One of the best experiences! Nice clean space. Henry was amazing. Super kind. He didn’t speak a lot of English but it didn’t matter. Will definitely be coming back. Even got a wonderful hand massage!

Nadia Najm Michelle is absolutely amazing at her craft! She works with you to understand your goals, and takes the time to treat your nails with what they need in addition the service(s) you’re looking for. I will definitely be going back to her; for once I felt 100% comfortable and at ease in the chair, and that peace of mind was very welcome after numerous poor experiences elsewhere.

Deb Frederick I’ve been going for manicures and pedicures with Michelle for several years now. I especially enjoy her exfoliating pedicure. Her prices are very competitive and the quality is exceptional. Michelle is focused intently on giving you great, meticulous service; but she is friendly and authentic. She is conveniently located near Haywood Mall, with plenty of parking . I highly recommend Michelle!

Brittany Karlek Called them. Asked if we could make an appointment. They told us it would be better if we didn’t. Then after three hours of waiting, a woman who MISSED her appointment (20 minutes late) comes in and they let her go in front of me! Horrible to do your customers like this. We would’ve made an appointment had we known we could miss it and still come and go before others who have been waiting forever!!!!

Pamela Bowman I arrived at 9:30 and did not get out until 1:30. I wanted a deluxe pedi and no exfoliating was done. I know this is pedi however now the rest if the story. I was seated for my mani and the 2 technicians out of 5 had customers the 1 tech ended up taking 2 other customers and both times said the other tech would be done in a minute. Well one hour later and listening to an argument withe the customer because she could not do what the customer wanted to her nails (marbling). After 30 minutes of them back and forth the customer finally consented to finish. Finally I was getting my nails done. I did request a simple LA put on the ring finger of each hand. Again they could not fulfill my request. I went to this nail salon since it opened however I dont think I will return after this adventure. Top nails can only do gel nails so dont ask for anything special.

Taylor James Do not stop here on your way to the beach. Wait until you get there or do it before home. Poor hygiene. The tools were not properly sanitized. The person who painted my toes did not even change gloves after the last person, I had to ask and at that point she had already went to touch my foot. I’m not sure what the sanitary regulations are in this state but where I am from they would be shut down. Even something like using one big jar of monimer over and over and dipping repeatedly does not happen where I am from, they squeeze an appropriate amount into a small cup and get more as needed, I watched them dip and use shared containers on multiple people. I should have left as soon as I saw the sign out front but had hoped for a hidden gem. It is not. If you’re local I promise this place js not the norm. The people are friendly but that is not worth the potential fungus you may get.

Isabella M First time going to Nails on the River and I was very impressed. Everything was clean, everyone was so nice, and they care about your nails!! Raquel did my nails, she did a great job, will definitely get my nails done by her again. I definitely recommend!!

Issa Best nail salon I’ve ever been to!! All of the ladies there do amazing work. I get my nails done by Amber and she is the kindest most caring nail tech, and she is great at what she does. Stephanie is the best person to give pedicures.. I def recommend this place to anyone that wants cute nails :)

Anne Claire Gaskin I go to Bin every 3-4 weeks for dip polish on my natural nails. My nails never chip and look beautiful. Bin is great, offers good advice and suggestions, is gentle on my nails, has a great memory about what I like and even about personal matters. He’s great, and I always enjoy my experience at A Perfect 10…good atmosphere with kind staff :)

Alexa Michele Ulmer Dawn the owner is fantastic! Such a lovely human. She’s done a really great job with the atmosphere here. I feel incredibly relaxed when I’m there. It’s so beautiful, the piano instrumental music is relaxing, and the ocean views on the tvs are a beautiful touch for that spa like feeling. Everyone is super nice! And I enjoy getting my manicures there.

Raegan Fulmer I had such a great experience here! The staff is not only talented but also incredibly kind and welcoming. The guy who did my pedicure was so genuine and funny. He even came back to sit with me while I got my nails done and took the time to get to know me. The girl who did my nails was just as wonderful, so sweet and detail-oriented. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend!

Madelyn August Nails is the best! Amazing customer service, beautiful and clean salon. I had Linda and she was so great. She was very professional and wanted to make sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them. I’ve had the dip on my nails from her for almost 4 weeks now and they haven’t chipped! Soo worth the money because she took her time and was so diligent! Everyone else in the salon was so nice as well and very conversational. Will definitely be back!

Olga Berestetskaya My first experience at this salon and it wasnt pleasant! The lady who took care of me barely touched my cuticles she was more distracted looking elsewhere & not focusing on my pedicure. Then she made me bleed on my big toe, she wanted to just wipe it, with a cotton ball, I asked her to use the green liquid to disinfect it, she then painted over the blood on my nail with nail polish instead of wiping it off completely and redoing her clumsy work. Furthermore, she barely massaged my feet when applying lotion, this is what $32 basic pedicure is like at this place. Very disappointed!

Casey Builder I went for a gel manicure today and it was good. I rarely get my nails done so I was leaving and noticed a bubble in my nail. The owner (I think) saw me messing with it as I was leaving and insisted on fixing it. Not only did he fix the bubble I could feel he made sure every nail was perfect. He buffed them again and put a new clear coat on top. It was very kind of him to make sure they were absolutely perfect before I left. His attention to detail and his customer service are amazing! Thank you!

Riley Bingham Tom has been doing my nails for the past 4 months or so, and he is amazing. He gives me the exact shape and length I request, does a great job any time I want detailed nail art, and always makes sure my nails look perfect before I leave. He’s done full repairs for me when my job messes them up and is always so kind and fun to talk to. The rest of the staff is always kind and welcoming as well. Highly recommend!

Lauren Williams First time visitor and had a lovely experience. I showed an inspired pic and they were able to replicate beautifully. Ann gave me a lovely ombré set and Kayro detailed my nails. Will definitely be back!

Charleesa Alexzandra Alex was soooooo amazing. I request hard gel nails (a rare specialty in public nail salons). He did phenomenal. My pedicure by Tony was one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ll be back for sure. Worth every cent plus tip!

Rachel Brown I’ve come here 10+ times for my nails and always had a wonderful experience! Every technician I’ve had does an excellent job, making sure to do my nails with detail and make them exactly how I like them. I’ve gotten both dip and gel and both types last me several weeks. I’ve never had any chipping! I came here several months ago to get my nails done before my wedding and the technician found out and was so kind. He took so much care to make sure they were absolutely perfect and kept making sure I liked how they were turning out. I’ve gone to other salons but have not found one quite as good as Nail Story. I always love treating myself to beautiful nails and Nail Story never disappoints!

Rachel Stauffer We came in today for the first time for my daughter’s 7th birthday. Tom did my daughter’s nails and he was so kind. He made her first time getting her nails done so special. Mary did my nails and Dorcas did my mom’s. Everyone was wonderful and friendly. It was worth the drive from Blue Ridge. We will definitely be back!

rename watson The Experience was perfect. I called, made an appointment and was seen within 15 minutes. My pedicurist was Lap and manicurist was Thuy. Both were amazing. The results were well worth the cost! Just check out the photo. I will be back. Thank you Nail Story because this was an Emergency Situation and you delivered ALL in less than 2 hours. PERFECT!

QUEEN RICAN First time here & Susan did my nails and really took her time! She made sure I was ok with the shape and through out the service. she’s really great at what she does. The staff were really nice and the salon was beautiful. The prices were a bit pricey than other salons but it’s worth it. My color powder started at $60 others would start at $45, So depending on your budget.

Sully Reames Austin gave an amazing pedicure to my Fiancé and I on our wedding week! He was very personable and talked to us about our wedding plans and did exceptional work. When I accidentally overpaid in cash and left he ran out the door to make sure I got my correct change back. Outstanding customer service!

Ashley Floyd Austin was amazing and I had a great experience here! I haven’t gotten my nails done in over a year after a bad experience elsewhere. I read reviews for this place and I was very pleased. I came in after making an online appointment and showed my nail tech Austin a Pinterest picture of blood splatter design nails that I wanted. He gave me a quote after we figured out the length I was comfortable with for everything I wanted done. Austin made sure I was pleased with the length, style and design prior to having me leave. I greatly appreciated his effort and hard work. Go see Austin!

Brittany Palladini I 31 and have been going to Georgia nails since I was 16. The owners and workers are all family, very friendly, and remember all of their clients. They are the definition of a small business who cares about their clients and their quality of work. I’m so happy I’ve found such a great place, and 100% recommend.

Lisa T Havent been here in years (my mom used to go walk the time) but on a whim, I set an appointment. Tim took care of both my pedicure and manicure. Sadly, I had a few broken nails so we decided to cut them down and start again. He did a wonderful job and Im very happy with how the nail beds look along with the nails themselves. The massage chair was very relaxing along with both the leg and hand massage with lotion. I cant stop looking at my hands!! My nails look great sand Ive already made a return appointment!

Ashley Battista I’ve tried a few nail salons and so far this one is by far my favorite ! I’ve gone as a walk twice now. My recent experience with Tom & Michaels was amazing !! My nails came out shaped beautifully (and for once was not cut up in the process!!) , the pedicure was the best pedicure I’ve had. He took his time and applied the perfect amount of pressure. Definitely will be back and make this my new spot. Also, I love that they are open on Sunday.

Kaylynn Queen My daughter and I were visiting from out of town and decided to stop in and get our nails done! We had such a pleasant experience. The salon was beautiful inside and clean! I wish there was a place like sunflower nails up North! When we come back down and need our nails done, we will definitely be back!
