2 /5 Antonio Ezell: They normally do a spectacular job. However, this time they did not. When I called to inform them. They told me to come and get it fixed no problem. When I got there, they said they would not fix it and whoever I spoke to doesn’t know what they are talking about or misunderstood me. However, 2 of my nails were correct so I had those to compare to the ones that were not correct and yet they still refuse to fix them stating that my nails “grew out” when I called as soon as they were opened the next business day. My normal nail tech was very rude and lied not only to me but also her coworker. She started to do something to “fix” my nails and then walked off when she got upset and then I asked for her to come and back finish what she started and she said that she never started anything. Her coworker looked at my pinky and saw that clearly it was fresh wet paint because it was all over the side of my finger. She wiped my finger off and said “see, nothing.” The picture is after she “fixed” them and they are more wide, thick, and paint is messed up so I have to go home and fix them myself. I have been going here for YEARS and have never encountered a problem as such. I find it very unprofessional for someone to tell you something over the phone and you get in person and it’s a completely different story. A refusal of service.. a refusal to right their wrong. If I do decide to return, I will NOT be using her for my nails. She does great eyebrows, but this was too unprofessional for me to allow half work to be done on my nails. Very disappointed.

2 /5 Jessica Singleton: So let’s talk about the horrible gel polish they have in here. I stopped wearing false nails a year ago because it was messing up my real nails. I normally get a mani with gel polish. I ALWAYS ALWAYS clean with bleach or something on that level and nothing happens to my polish when I go to other shops. I started back coming here because it’s by my job and I am regretting it. I just got my nails done last week, a week later the polish chipping my nails brining it’s looking like I ain’t got it done in 3-weeks. The last time this happened the owner told me to come back and they will fix it. I spent $100+ last week fyi these folks charged me $30 to REPOLISH my nails. That’s crazy and when I left and came back the manager of the day clearly wasn’t understanding what I was saying. Be mindful they DO not have good quality polish that’s to include dipping as I used dip there as well. And what bothered me today, again $30 bucks to repolish is crazy work, but to say no other resolution was offered is POOR customer service and POOR management. They def won’t be seeing me again. Update: 6-hours later after I paid them to fix my nails, the polish is coming off already, GEL polish that was $30 to redo.

5 /5 A. Crutcher: I received eyebrow tinting, eyelash (strips) and pedicure services from this salon. I’m ecstatic to say that I am thoroughly satisfied with the results, particularly with my eyebrows that were done by Anna. I have been on a quest to find a salon that offers eyebrow tinting services that doesn’t use dye and I’m happy to finally have found one! I will most certainly be returning.

1 /5 Kekee Janaysiaa: after coming here for many many years, & trying to stick it out with this salon…i can finally say this was the last straw and i will not be returning. I asked for a SOAK off for my acrylic nails. Specifically because PRYING and ripping them off is very painful. guess what they did instead of soaking them off? Yes, Ripped them off. My nails were bleeding and i repeatedly told her throughout that it was painful and I just wanted to soak them off. I will accept responsibility for allowing her to continue but that was ridiculous. I almost wanted to cry from the pain. Money and Time are their main focus, not the quality of the work. Period. not only that but the sanding bands used at any salon should be disposed of after EACH client. They use the same one all day and that is disgusting. Same with the eyebrows they use the same blade for everybody.
