1 /5 Sabrina Alexander: Ive been going here for I believe like two years now. Never have I had an issue until the carelessness that occured on march 28th which was also my 30th birthday. The lady had miss communication on her part. I wanted a french tip match my toes and she took it upon herself to file off all my real nail on my right hand to square them out and i ripped my hand back asked her why she was trying to do a square shape on my nails when they were too short to do so and I never mentioned any shape to her. I was also with my 6 year old while she was getting a manicure as well. No one offer3d me a discount to fix my natural nails for my birthday so i was left with one hand halfway filed into square cut and the other hand was normal already filed to my liking before i went in. Still had to pay full price for my daughters nails too! I will NEVER go back here after this display of action with their wrong doings with customers. Thank goodness they make glue ons! DO NOT GO HERE!!! If they mess up, they will not help fix it! And you will still have to pay full price.

1 /5 Tianna Crawford: I got French tip acrylic with flowers as the accent nails and my nails didn’t last not even a week before they started coming off and lifting. 1/10 don’t recommend and I paid $72 for this. Even the guy who buffed my nail beds was way too rough.

1 /5 tay demoti: Pros: The place was clean, the staff was polite. Major Cons: I did asked for the classic pedicure but I couldnt even call what my nail tech did the "bare minimum." He barely scrubbed my feet, maybe touched the back of my heel once and het cut my toe!! I was literally bleeding on the floor. I know, accidents happen but my toe is really badly cut. I dont have pictures of the bleeding before he applied paint because he rinsed m foot off but you imagined. The service ended up being free.

1 /5 syd: I come here 1-2 times a month for a pedicure and full set or fill in. I typically spend $120 plus tips which brings it to about $150. Laura (usually wears a ponytail and mask and has a few gray hairs in the front) did my nails last time. I got my tips removed and SNS polish. The nails didn’t even last a week, which has happened before when Laura did my nails. The man (I believe Ken) also removed my tips with another nail which I told him was very painful & ended up heavily damaging my natural nails. I went back to try for a refund which they of course refused. They offered to fix only TWO of the four broken nails or I could get a short set with acrylic & gel for $30. Laura was very rude and hostile and blamed me for the nail polish peeling stating that I was “not careful” with my nails. When I asked her what this meant she claimed that I was “tapping” which makes no sense. The workers all began to talk about me in Vietnamese in front of my face and the old lady with the glasses openly and obviously mocked another customer. I can forgive the repeated poor quality of work if a resolution is offered, but the customer service is nonexistent here. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. not pictured: The one acrylic tip I had on that completely separated from my natural nail.

1 /5 isabella baker: I had an awful experience at this salon. During my pedicure, I started feeling a burning sensation, and my feet broke out in hives right in front of the nail tech. He saw my skin reacting but didn’t say anything and continued with the service as if nothing was wrong. Now, my feet are red, irritated, and unbearably itchy. I’m honestly embarrassed to even upload a photo of my feet here, but I need you all to see what happened so others can be warned. A pedicure should be relaxing, not something that leaves you dealing with a painful reaction for days. This was completely unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back. At this point I’m just hoping it doesn’t worsen
